Worst manager I’ve ever encountered! Roy is his name and has no respect for his employees at all! Someone need to put this man in his place cause we all put pants on the same way. There is no reason at all for the way he acts. No one like that should ever hold a position of authority. Wouldn’t recommend this place based solely on morals, which most people seem to sacrifice no days. Sad!!!

I always get my oil changed and if they find anything else wrong or both loose and they can ltighten the bolts they go over and beyond

Great experience today! Never has anyone asked about checking my A/C filter. Today I got asked. It was so disgusting when they pulled it out recommend this place to anyone!

15+ year customer was turned away at 4:45 pm with doors wide open for an oil change explanation doors were open for show only Will not get my business anymore

Took my car in for an oil change and they stripped the plug on my oil pan and blamed it on the manufacturer. Took zero responsibility for their tech damaging the plug. My car is still at the dealership to be repaired. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! This place hasn't heard the last of me yet!

I took my car here and shortly after I started having oil leaking. We took it back and he said the plug was loose. As we were sitting there waiting he said all done just putting the plastics back up. Well... left there and he never put the screw back in my plastics. Four days later my car is leaking oil again. I have called the number but it goes to fax machine. This place is ridiculous. My car had no issues and still smells new inside. I am pissed off. I will do whoever I can to get this place closed! Your employees are incompetent!

Took my suv in for an oil change. The person working on the car could not get the oil plug to loosen and instead of telling us, he hit the wrench with a hammer several times, hard enough to rock the car, and knocked the whole oil plug insert out of the pan. He then denied using a hammer or any tool to hit the wrench and said it was not his fault or responsibility. We had to buy a new oil pan and pay for an oil change because they refused to pay to fix what they broke. We will never do business with them again.

Tired of having to tighten the plug bolt because it always leaks after the oil is changed here. For 180 bucks I'd expect a little better. Third time is charm, I won't be back.Too many other options.

“Chase and Mike are exceptional at there job. Very smart and friendly. Mikal upstairs however is obnoxious and cocky and almost ruined my vehicle, had chase and Mike not stepped in it would have not been good. If Mikal can’t do his job then why have him? If he is working my friends and I will not be Returning. “
