Rolled into Silsbee Toyota on a rainy Friday afternoon and had my eye set on the prize. This fella Tim walked up and greeted me and my wife in the pouring rain and shaded us with his umbrella as we looked around and test drove a few that interested us. Had to handle some business that evening and told him we’d be back the next day, gave him my card and asked him to text me later his info. (Yeah that’s what they always hear right?) well he did and, checked on us one other time, but never pressured me one time. This dealership takes proud in its training and in its staff with decades of knowledge and expertise. We love dealing with the folks in Silsbee because it’s not only about making money to them, it’s about making you happy and that all your questions are solved before to put pen to paper.
