I normally don't do this, but I don't know of any other way to get a resolution. The service has been horrible. Should've stayed away from this dealership from day 1 when they charged ridiculous amounts for mandatory dealer add ones such as "interior stain protection". That's on me though. What is not on me is the service I've received since purchase. Most recently, 2-27-23 took it in for an oil change. Didn't find out until I changed the oil again myself on 8-5-23 that the drain plug was loose and had been leaking oil. Also, it was missing a bolt to the skid plate and another one was stripped out. I contacted the dealer immediately and was told by a salesman and the service manager that a remedy was imminent. Well, here we are 90 days later with no remedy. Was told they would come pick up my vehicle, take it to dealership and do testing on the motor, then return it (because my wife and I both work). Last contact was 10-2-23 stating they were going to be able to pick the vehicle up as soon as they "get everything in order". Apparently, they're not too worried about it. I do not recommend Silsbee Toyota. I've been very patient with this place but I have not seen any follow through on their end. Save yourself the anxiety, headache, and frustration- shop elsewhere.

Just worked with Josh Gonzales on getting a 2019 Ram and he was incredibly helpful with the process. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a mew vehicle.

Walter had us in and out in no time. Never made us feel rushed to make a decision. Ensured the test drive vehicle had plenty of gas and already had it started with the ac running. He is very knowledgeable, upfront and honest.

They advertise as no markup dealer but when you look at the price, the so called "Customer Value Package" is nothing but the mandatory add-ons which in my view is just another way to look at mark ups.

Silsbee Toyota Sales Manager the guy was a joke !!! I don’t know his name but he was working this past Saturday…. Wouldn’t even put his Little Debbie snack cake down and come out from behind his desk and talk to me and explain himself Literally offered me $5000 less than any other dealer for my trade. Even showed him 2 dealer sheets I had with me where they offered me what I wanted!?!? I was car shopping of course so stopped by different dealerships even went across the street to Donaldson Dodge and they were right on the money with the trade in offer. I guess he was in love with the truck I wanted to buy or something and didn’t want to sell it but anyways My sales person her name was Tonja Zeno she was absolutely amazing and was a pleasure to work with ! They need to give her raise! But will not recommend Silsbee Toyota

I only go here for service. The service department is typically great, although I do think they try and push a lot of extra services besides you went in for. I don’t mind being told about these extra services, but I don’t need to be told when I’m there, texted, emailed, and called about it. It’s a little overkill.

Excellent customer service! There was a mix up (my fault) on my ticket and I called - Amanda in service was amazing and offering options on how to fix the issue (even though it was our fault). She definitely won my business.

Staff have always been good to work with, however the trust has been broken.Will NEVER use them again to service and maintain our Sequoia. Have spent many thousands of dollars there in last few yrs. 1 time after a repair, their repair left us stranded out of state. All because they neglected to tighten some bolts. Most recently they done a complete brake job and assured us the vehicle was ready. This past week the wife nearly lost control of vehicle and almost crashed into a semi-truck. Took to a Ford dealer and the problem was found immediately. A crimped brake line going to caliper. Shoddy workmanship.

Now that my title and plates have been delivered, I feel comfortable making this review. I regret buying from Silsbee Toyota. I’m not sure if it was inexperience or just plain unprofessionalism, but I did not have a good buying experience here. They claim to “always take care of their customers”, but that was not the case for me.First, the car arrived at the dealership a week after the latest arrival date they gave me. This is significant because I needed the car by a certain date and I told them that beforehand. No one apologized for the car being late. They just told me I should “pray that it comes in”. If no one knew when the car was coming in, then it should not have been pre-sold or I should have been told a later, latest arrival date.Second (my biggest issue), I was forced to buy their “Customer Value Package” which included window tint. (The window tint was the only thing I wanted in the package.) However, when I received the car there was no tint on the windows. They made no attempt to correct this issue. They just stated that they couldn’t make an appointment with their tint guy until the following week. My thing is, if you knew when the car was coming in, why was an appointment not already made? And are there not other tint shops that could have been contacted? So now I have paid for a dealer-add on that I did not ask for and have never received.Also, I had an issue with the finance manager saying that my check was no good hours after I left the dealership without even attempting to deposit it. The check was fine. Again, I’m not sure if it’s inexperience or unprofessionalism, but you should skip Silsbee Toyota when considering where to purchase your next vehicle.

Stop by silsbee Toyota was immediately greeted by Tonya, she answered all our questions and concern and was very professional and knowledgeable. Wasn’t quite ready to purchase but was very impressed with tonya and will return once we are ready to purchase.

I need to give a shoutout to Silsbee Toyota. They sold me this Tundra 2023 TRD PRO with MSRP. Fred Hass & Don McGill KatyToyota asking for $20K more than MSRP which is non-sense. Specially thank you Tracy Poland from the sales team. She keep me posted when the truck coming in... The finance team also didn't pushy any warranty upgrade... Get in to the dealership including test drive and all paper work only takes 45 mins. As you can see i took it to the Big Bend National Park to off road then somehow weather change to worst snow storm 3 feet of snow in the Chisos mountain, well this TRD PRO can do the job. If you want to save some markup price $$$ go to Silsbee Toyota ask for Tracy.

The service team at this location is excellent. All of them went above and beyond to help me get my truck serviced and made me feel like a rock star during the process. They provided excellent communication throughout my service. The service manager/master technician went out of his way to help me get the wheels I wanted to match my lift kit.Thank you, Silsbee Toyota, for having such an excellent team!
