Told girl to cut my hair no shorter than shoulder length that would make all my hair one length. I stressed this more than once and still ended up with hair inch and a half shorter than asked for. She started cutting hair dry then used a straightening iron on it when cutting hair. Her excuse for that was because my hair was in ponytail when I came in causing indention in hair so she had to do that to get cut right. Then she had me bend head down while cutting back of hair. Have gotten better haircuts at a beauty school.
