We went in for an Upgrade for my son today with an offer Verizon was offering. Brookelyn went above and beyond to help us get everything setup and did so in a timely manner. Charles was there to help out as well with any other questions or concerns we had. Both took their time with explaining everything as far as billing is concerned and made sure we were completely setup and ready to go before we left. We appreciate Brooklyn working around our schedule to get us taken care of!

Have been with them for a year and I regret so badly leaving att whom I was with for 22 years. This time, my phone broke, or more like came in broken, and I had to still paid the deductible to get a phone sent that works properly. I go in to the Verizon store to set it up, and they tell me I have to pay 40 dollars to switch it over. I will let my contract run out in a few months, I'll replace this peice of garbage phone repeatedly, and set the damn thing up myself, but do not go to this scum bag place, especially this location. Ft gly slob behind the counter was a real twist about it too. This place lost verizon Mt business on 7 phones for sure. F this place.
