I absolutely love the staff of Walgreens in Silsbee. I've been using Walgreens for the last 5 years straight if not longer. Every time they get a new person they're always very polite and kind. I don't think that I've had problems with anyone that works there inside the pharmacy or just in the store. I do not know who does the training but they definitely train these men and women to treat people with very good customer service. Whenever I have problems finding something or needing a price on an item everyone always seems ready to help. Thank you for all your hard work staff of Walgreens.

The worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever used. I have used Walgreens pharmacies for years and have never had a problem. The online refills are a waste of time... they never know why it didn't go through?! The large loud girl that works during the day is apparently a doctor/attorney/pharmacist. I'll start using another Walgreens I hopes the service will compare to Houston.
