This store is always clean and well organized. It's in a convenient location. It does a service to the community. Out of town grocery shopping trips are less frequent since Dollar General opened up.

This Dollar store is one of the cleanest I have seen. There is one in Lubbock that is so clean to. Summer Jeffers is the girl that checked me out an so very sweet. I was telling her how nice it is to come in such a clean store an you can find what you are looking for. Memphis Dollar Store is so so nasty. I hate having to go in there. Dollar store management should be ashamed. There is not enough workers for them to make a difference. The people that work there are great people. They Need more help. But it was such a Joy to go in this on in Silverton Tx. An the very sweet lady that waited on me.

Worst customer service. Bought a dvd that didn't work. Was told by employee that I couldn't get my money back. I had to get another dvd. If one doesn't work why do I buy another one. Was told by a person working , can't give a name. Wasn't wearing a name tag. That it was the store manager's decision on electronic returns. Asked where their return policy that is supposed to be posted. They didn't know. Called corporate and found out that the district manager. Not the store manager has the final say

We love our local store. The crew is fantastic and hard working. They are well stocked most of the time for items we use the most. They were ranked in the top 5% of all the Dollar General Stores. Great job ladies.

Not a bad Dollar General. Worst thing about this location is it's lack of employees. For the last 3 years I visit I'm left standing in line waiting to checkout for half an hour or more. Reason I have a problem with it is they have 2 to 3 people in store but only 1 register open.
