So this was my second year working with this H&R, and it will be the last.They kept on messing up my information and other important credentials. I set up for direct deposit and I waited for about three weeks to get my refund only to get rejected, then I had to wait another three weeks to get it by mail....They also take WAY too much money from you, it's not even cool.The only positive thing I'd have to say about this store is at least the people are nice.

They rip you off and don't give discounts even if been a customer for 15 years plus. Emerald card is big rip off as well don't get or they be charging over and over for just having the card and you don't even use it.
