Takes long, not enough employees. The wait is long. My mom passed away this year and since I was on hers and my daughters account. I was only added to just go do their business for them when they couldn't. I had to pay my mom's negative amount because social security took her monthly check back and it made my moms bank account in the negative because her bills came through. And when I went to go pay it off in person their Collections Dept supervisor is first rude and she makes assumptions about how you live your life without knowing your life. She has no business making assumptions. But anyway when I went to go pay it all off in person the lady put me on the phone with the collections dept again and said that I could deposit into my daughters account because she was going to take it out of my daughters account when her direct deposit hit tonight. So I told her that it was ok. I would do that. But she didn't. She took it all out right now and it put my daughter bank account in the negative. And now she is negative. When she told me she would take it out from tonight's deposit not before. She she lied. Now they charge my daughter a insufficient funds fee. Which is NOT right. I was there to pay it off in full but they just want more money. Now my daughter has to pay a insufficient fee for an account that is not hers just so upset. They are rude. They have no compassion for their clients. And my mom was with them before it became IBC and this is the way they treat their clients. They do so wrong ethically. I will NEVER BANK WITH THEM!!! ???DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH IBC. They do you wrong so much and they don't care about you!!
