Just had a package delivered to old address and they corrected it and made sure it was forwarded almost immediately. Thank you so much whoever dealt with me over the phone. Idk who you are but you went above and beyond to make it right.

Horrible service! I was charged a delivery fee for an item I ordered on Amazon. I understand Amazon dropped it off at the post office instead of my house, but they still made me pay $5 for delivery and I’m the one who picked the package up from the post office…strange! My mail is always delivered to my house weeks after the time stamp…some bills do not get paid on time due to the bill coming a week or two after it’s due! They tell me it’s because my mailbox is leaning…let me tell you though it would not be leaning if they would stop literally pulling on my mail box when they pull up to it I have watched them pull the whole box to the vehicle instead of just opening the door and putting mail in…they pull the box so hard it now comes out of the gorund! When we first moved out here they wrote in sharpie on my mailbox not paying attention that the address was on the other side of it and on the home itself! The lady who delivers has been rude and loud with me several times if she sees me outside she drives right past my house..I will get that mail the next day and if not then the next week! It’s pathetic! You don’t like your job then find a new one until then respect peoples stuff!

This post office serves Sinton well. It looks like it has been here since the 50's or 60's. It's a plain brick building on a hard corner with the main street in town, in front of the Whataburger and HEB, so it's on some good real estate. The parking lot is set up in a one-way style, so it dumps you back on the highway upon exiting. There are outside mailboxes, which is nice so you don't have to go inside and get coughed upon. I wish that this town had an updated post office that looks better than this. The county courthouse here looks nice, why can't the post office? Plus, this post office lost a star since they don't sell any beer. If you don't like going to the post office, don't worry, they'll generally come to you.

Horrible staff. We tried to mail off a package for my daughter who serves on the military and tried to mail a package that was supposed to be flat rate box and they said there was no such thing and was charging me by the wieght almost cost $80. I know better so I am going somewhere else.

Mailbox door is always left open and my mail blows through peoples yards. I can close it and it never opens no matter how much the wind blows. So she just not making any effort to close the door.And when we moved out here she wrote on the side on the mailbox the address in permanent marker but its was onthe house in plain sight on the house. And we are the only house on that street....and she was refusing to deliver mail because she said the mailbox has to be passed the curbside because she uses her personal vehicle to deliver mail. And not want ti mess up here ball joints. But according to usps wed site it dont and my mailbox is within specs to the web site.

Stopped by today (08-21-17 @ 1520 hrs.) to pick up a package that was waiting at the office (showed the package had been there since 0820 hrs.). The guy working was very rude and not helpful at all. I explained that I needed the item (that was the whole reason I paid for 2 day shipping, order it on 08-19-17). I asked him to please look in the back, as other workers had done before, and he refused. Needless to say I left without the package and my blood pressure shooting through the roof. I hate dealing with this little "po-dunk" US Post Office in Sinton. What's sad is I actually have 2 family members that are employed by the US Postal Service. I know they wouldn't treat anyone the way I was today. I'm sure this guy was either in a bad mood or just too lazy to take the time to look.
