Very respectful the assistant has always gone above and beyond to help my son and I he goes to the extreme to explain and help you as well very smart and intelligent needs to be the manger by now he very helpful even the employee as well

Came here to get my battery replaced, and Jay somehow forgot to bolt down the positive side of the battery. It looks like he dropped the bolt and just didn’t tell us, causing it to come loose down the road.

I’ve never had a problem in this particular store. The management is great. The employees are great and are always very helpful. They operate with integrity and honesty and that goes a long way in my book!!

While traveling through on way to Cisco from Montana, my right front wheel hub ceased up. After reaching out to GEICO for roadside assistance I got a tow company to come out. After the horrible experience with said tow company I dismissed them and called ORileys. I explained my situation to the guy on the phone and he had my part and was able to deliver it to me on the side of the hwy. fortunately I had brought tools with me and proceeded to change out the hub. I realized I didn’t have my hub socket and called ORileys to ask if they had a socket. They did not have that size so their driver came over with a wrench. The driver ended up having to borrow a socket from a nearby repair shop and hung around to make sure I was able to remove and replace the new hub. Art was his name and I wish I could remember the guys name on the phone. Needless to say these two gentleman went above and beyond customer service as I got my hub changed out and was on the road again. I highly recommend the ORileys in Slaton TX. Cuddos to you guys and you deserve raises.

Amazing Service!My vehicle was missing a lug nut after a tire rotation at the dealership. They identified the nut type and installed it on my vehicle for less than $3 and in under 10 minutes.Professional, polite, and efficient.Greatly Appreciated!

Had battery that I needed to replace the one in my vehicle, get back to my car and find out the battery was used, dead with 7vdc and no terminal screws. Went to replace and that battery looked the same way. Should have stuck with my gut and go to Autozone. I picked them because I was walking and it was closer.
