I have multiple rental homes and have used Clarence’s for the past 9 years. I have always been more than satisfied with their service, and communication, and Earl is my go-to for any a/c questions or advice. I definitely recommend this company.

I have used used Ken for many year for electrical work. Had him out to our property recently to review a job I needed done. We looked at everything for 15 minutes or so. I then asked Ken for a estimate on the job cost. Ken replied "so you want a price" He turned and walked away got in his truck and left. Haven't heard from them since. Ken has always been borderline rude but this was over the top rude.

Left a voice mail and received a call back, but caller for company seemed suspicious and rude... Cancelled my appointment shortly after making it.

Among our family in Smithville, we have three homes and have had excellent and timely service from Clarence's. Each of our homes is its own unified setup and they done a great job with each of them. Don't see how you can beat the local, fast, knowledgeable service from Earl and the guys.

I wont use anyone else. Had an issue and used another local company who didnt fix the prob correctly, and charged way too much. Clarence's is a far better company than i used previously. I have since had 2 other issues, which they came out promptly, diagnosed the issues and fixed them for a price that was exceptionally lower than what i actually expected. Earl is awesome at answering questions, diagnosing issues, and promptly fixing said issues as quick as he is able to get parts if needed. The hourly rate is reasonable for the time we live in and they really dont mark up the parts price as much as other companies. They will always be my go to service company for any of my refrigeration or electrical needs. If i had one issue it would be the lack of online payment of some kind.

AC went out today, we called them and responded quickly. As soon as they were out of the truck they knew what the problem was and replaced the part. AC is back on and house is starting to cool again. Awesome job and thank you!

These two guys that came to my house or absolutely amazing I knew what they were doing it did it fast and they were gone love them got another job for him after the holidays
