Saturday of easter weekend and my car breaks down on the side of the highway on a road trip with my 60 pound dog in tow. Thank goodness for Anthony and Villafranca, because I was able to get back to Austin safely and fairly quickly. Anthony was very patient, kind and went above and beyond for us. The rate to get the car towed 50 miles was pretty reasonable as well. It’s nice to know that there are towing companies out there that don’t just take advantage of you in a bad situation.Service: Car towing

REASONABLE COST, QUICK SERVICE, FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL — Towed my car 60 miles from a hospital in Austin to another in Smithville. Don’t use them for body repair or paint repair, granted they did do a touch up for free, the main paint job on my front bumper wasn’t great, paint on my headlights and paint on the black parts of the foglights, and my hood isn’t properly on, it shakes while driving.Edit: was going to wash my car and 4 dollars in quarters was missing, I had it stuffed in a glove in the side of my door. There is no point of going back, it should have been done right the first time for the 5.7 thousand price tag. And my mom talked to Jose about the paint on the black plastic accents the second time we dropped it off.DONT DO COLLISION REPAIR HERE!

I would NOT recommend Villafranca's for any body and paint work you need done on your vehicle. My trusting nature was taken advantage of. We turned over our truck on April 22, 2021 for some major repairs. Tony assured us they could do the repairs and he said it would take 2-3 weeks. We finally retrieved our truck on July 23, 2021 after 13 weeks and 1 day of being in their shop. The work done was not up to our expectations. Villafranca's initially turned our truck over to us on June 25, 2021 but there were so many things wrong with it we returned to their shop and talked to Tony. He promised to fix everything on our list and it would be done in a few days, a week at the most - well, that turned into 4 weeks! I honestly think they took on a job that was too big for them but instead of being honest with us and telling us in the beginning; they took our $7,000.00 and proceeded to try and fix it themselves. Each deadline turned into another week and another and another... My husband and I finally went and picked up our truck which was still parked in their shop, neither Tony nor Joe were around that day. Our truck still needs much needed repairs and now we have to go elsewhere and spend even more money to fix what they could not. I gave them 1 star because they are a great towing company and their receptionist is awesome, but as far as paint and body I would advise you take your vehicle anywhere else.

They did a great job moving my non running 64 GMC pickup. It was old and rusty, but they treated it carefully and did a great job moving it to its new location. I would definitely call them again if I have any other vehicles that needed moving.
