For the first year and a half that I was on my CPap machine I never received a bill for my replacement masks. I would ask do I owe you anything? I was always told no your insurance will cover it. Then I got a phone call from a collection agency stating I owed money to them. Then my wife was in there for a brace for my son and she the paid the past due amount. I'm still receiving collection calls. They never have my mask in stock. I always have to wait 1to 2 weeks to get it. Very unsatisfied!

Very nice folks. I really needed a device when they closed for a freeze. They came in just for me and had the exact model of what I wanted in stock and took care of the insurance almost as fast as a cash sale. Thank you!!!
