A warning light on the dashboard had us running to the nearest Dodge dealership. When we got there we were greeted at the door by Joseph asking, how can I help? Never have we had such immediate service. It turned out to be a light out over our license plate. Joseph was quick and knowledgeable and we can't praise the service here enough.

I am of dodge ram I was treated bad just tried to get a truck but waiting long and would no work with me...and would not give me a deal offers and I recommend don't go to dealership

I do not recommend this service department at all. Was told 3-5 days to fix the AC in my jeep, they've had it for over 2 weeks now. It's either excuse after excuse or they just don't call you back. I have 2 dodge trucks & a jeep. If I'm ever in the market for a new one, I will be driving out of town to a different dealership. First & last time using them.

Ordered a Dodge Challenger from here. The sales rep was great and helped me through the whole process. I knew exactly what I wanted and we got it ordered. Took 3-4 months for the whole thing. They've been amazing ever since. That being said, I will never buy from Midland/Odessa again. They have my business from now on.

bought a jeep Mother's Day weekend for my wife. A Mother's Day present salesman seemed honest. Did the whole transaction over the phone sent me pictures of the jeep which in my opinion or staged if it was even the same jeep that I was delivered when it got to me the top is missing pieces had to have PDR work done. The thing looked like it had been through Mesquite patches scratches everywhere bumpers faded said they sent it through detail in service and I guess the service and detail was done by Stevie Wonder. finance lady tried to convince me that I had to buy an extended warranty for Chrysler to pick up the note on it. When I called her out on it she acted like nothing was ever said my suggestion do not die over the Internet from these people, they know how to play the game and get your money lies lies lies run as fast as you can. I'm sure there's better places to buy Jeep sad part about it is I was trying to buy a second gladiator at the time when they deliver this to me. I canceled that Dale immediately. The definition of screwed over would be my car Dale I'm not one to whine or complain but I will know better than to buy one over the phone next time. Scam is not even a strong enough word. Ended up costing me almost 3000 more dollars just to get the dents taken out of it the paint job fixed and the top fixed when I asked the condition I asked the sales manager if he would put his wife in this jeep, and he said without hesitation he would !! that dude must not like his wife at all I saved for almost a year to be able to afford this jeep, and I am contemplating legal action. I'm just not sure if it would do anything I was not offered any help except by the salesman, which was an awesome guy I believe he was not part of the issue never received a call back about the issues, except from the salesman that offered to split some of the cost with me. In my opinion, the dealership should've told me about the scratches and the basketball size dent in the hood and it looks like someone dragged the top down a gravel road but if you take pictures from the right angle, I guess anything can look good, as I said run from the liars, there's better places to buy jeep

I received top service.The tailgate lock on my Jeep Gladiator failed. It turns out it was on a recall list. I spoke with my local dealer and they stated the time frame to get it repaired would be between same day and a week and a half. I would have to leave my car at the dealer lot with no loaner vehicle meanwhile. One of my co-workers introduced me to Mr. Jimmy Carter of Blake Fulenwider-Snyder. He got it in and provided a loaner vehicle as well. The vehicle came back sparkling clean and the service was excellent. The service this dealership offers its customers is beyond out of reach for any other dealership! A local Jeep dealership refused to work diligently on fixing a recall until June. 1 call to Jimmy Cater, the recall is fixed and they now have a new long time customer that will never go anywhere else for any vehicle needs!! That’s what working together and customer service should be!!

This place is the best car place I’ve ever been too ! We came with a car from a bad place that would not help us and we came to Blake and had the best experience ! They really take care of their people.. there was also a time I came for an oil change and the way they talked and helped an older lady was incredible! I would recommend them to anyone!

Check your final paperwork, or go somewhere else!!. We requested NO warranty and gap insurance for the used vehicle we purchased, and they did the opposite! Now that we're trying to refinance the vehicle, we find their error, and they not only have horrible customer service, i.e., will not return phone calls for days in a row, and took over an hour waiting in person to speak with someone, but they can't cancel the warranty because we're over mileage..

Never buy a car here. Dirty company.I bet they wont call me to explain why they cleared the codes on a car before they sold it to me. Had to replace a motor because of them. Nothing quite like buying a car for $8000 and spending $7000 on a new motor a month later. You know this review is true because they respond to the other complaints. They'll just keep avoiding this...Update! After almost 4 years, they finally deny it. Don't sit here and try and deny it. I have proof that I bought it from you and I have proof that you cleared the codes. Check engine light came on 30 miles after I purchased it and your GM said it was my problem. I took it to a shop and they showed me every time the codes had been cleared. I have video and photo evidence. Don't sit here and gaslight me.
