“Because of the staff. The only reason why I'm giving 5*s is because of the employees, Monica and Brandon. Been a customer for over 2yrs never really had a problem. Needed a new phone, decided to upgrade on the app, 2 weeks after paying my bill. To make a long and very frustrating story short. They was delivery my phone to the wrong address and told me they couldn't change the address. I told them to cancel the order. A week later my payment was refunded. A day later my service was disconnected saying I owed them a payment and $15 reconnection fee total of $110.+. After being hung up by customer service. I went to the local store for help. To make this story even shorter. After about 5days of them contacting customer service and getting hung up and disconnected, store mangers, and no clear reasonable answer to why my phone service was disconnected and I owed them money, the staff made sure my service was restored. Still needing a phone, they took care of me with that also. Thank y'all for all the effort y'all put into help me.Only because of y'all ?”
