Well Snyder is a little bitty town. And it has seen better days. But the hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Had a great breakfast buffet, and it's close to gas and food. There's a nice little heritage museum not too far away. It just takes a few minutes to check it out.

Breakfast ok juice machine didn't work. Showers upgraded but need more chargers at bed.. This is older Hampton that's been renovated.

Probably the worst Hampton inn I have stopped at. Definitely falls short from the moment past checking in. Hotel staff (housekeeping) knocking on the doors early. It is a hotel and some of us are on a different sleep/time zone schedule, no luggage dollies available and employees are rude as hell about it. Never had either of these issues before. The carpet is so pitiful. Will not return or recommend. Maybe if it was like a super 8 but this should come with Hampton Inn standards.

Arrived around 8pm in the rain and wind. Check in was a breeze. The stay went downhill from there. The floor tiles in the entry and bathroom were mostly broken and missing grout. The broken tile were not adhered to the floor and moved as you walked on them. The show floor was dirty. The wind was blowing through the corners of the window as was the rain.
Upon checkout I told the desk staff and the problems were blamed on earthquakes.

The breakfast is poorly supplied. You could strain your back trying to latch the door. It's the first Hotel you might see entering town and near a gas station. The room was clean. The price was good

My family stayed at this hotel during my mother’s funeral. Everything was great, however, Sandy was the best! I need the corporate office to know that she’s a gem. She gave us the opportunity to mourn & celebrate. Her kindness was so appreciated during this difficult time. It’s hard to find amazing staff like her. Please acknowledge Sandy & take care of her. Because of her we would stay here at all times!

Outstanding! Very comfortable room for the night and close to anything in town we needed. Breakfast was great this morning as well. Good price as well. Highly recommend to anyone passing through west texas.
