While passing through Union at night, our dually’s hub broke on 180. With no internet or GPS service, we waited hours for roadside assistance to locate us. The tow truck driver transported us and left our vehicle at Nix’s Auto at midnight. What a blessing! Nix took immediate care of our truck and communicated with us throughout the morning. They had our truck ready by noon and gave my husband a lift to the shop. Service was awesome, and the owner was super friendly and helpful! They made a difficult/scary situation so much easier for us. We can’t thank them enough.

Amazing service! New Year’s Eve and they helped us out when our motorhome broke down and had to be towed... they helped us get back on the road quickly! Best service I have ever experienced!
