The service department is amazing! I was traveling through town and had an issue with my Fusion's fuel tank. We stopped in to see if they could help and the service manager was very friendly and quickly got a mechanic to take a look. Within minutes he had it fixed and we were back on the road. Thank you so much for saving the day and being so kind to us while doing it!!

Tony is always so friendly and welcoming! The service department is awesome! I went in for a recall & they got it done quickly. I asked if I could go ahead & get an oil change while my car was there. They got it done in a timely manner. I was very grateful!

Let's start 10 yrs ago. I was purchasing a new F150 Raptor at Wilson Motors. I told them I would be there at 2:30 pm to sign papers and pick up truck. They told me paperwork would be ready in a few minutes when I arrived. 5:30 pm I was told they weren't going to mess with it until tomorrow. I told them what they could do with that Raptor at that point. They had the nerve to call me the next day telling me everything was ready lol. I went to the Ford dealer in Anson Texas and bought a Raptor and still have it today and have bought lots of vechiles from them to this day. Now, was wanting to order a Ranger Raptor and Lawerance Hall Ford didn't have a allocation for one so I thought I would give Wilson Motors a try. Got one ordered and in the meantime they got a build date on a previous order and the customer didn't want it. Anita called me and said I was next in line and it was mine if I wanted it, I said sure. So now truck came in and she sold it out from under me. she didn't even call me I had to call her and hear all the lies on why she sold it. Then she tells me my ordered truck will be built December and she didn't care if I bought it or not. I never mentioned not wanting the truck. I should have known better, heck they even sold me a truck with a bent frame one time they knew about.
Lawerance Hall Ford #1 all the way. They don't even mark up MSRP on Raptors like previous mentioned dealer. Oh, and I'm a cash customer. Headed to Lawerance Hall Ford to pick up a new F150 Raptor. They have a awesome service department also!
I agree, your full intentions are to just lie to customers!

In search of a smaller truck, I traded in my previous vehicle for a Ford Ranger. Unfortunately a few days after purchase, it developed a shifting issue with the transmission.
Thankfully they were able to get a driver to bring me another vehicle 85 miles away and took mine back to work on it. However, they brought me a car rather than something equivalent to what we purchased leaving me unable to work my landscape business for those days. We traded a truck, to buy a truck, chances are we needed a truck.
After 5 days my truck was returned. I had made arrangements to have it delivered back to my house, the driver didn’t get the information so I had to drive across town to meet him because he didn’t know how to work the GPS.
No courtesy of refilling my full tank of gas they picked my truck up, with only 35 left miles in the tank when it was delivered to me, although I sent the loaner car home with a full tank.
Receipt trash was left in the passenger seat from runs to the pharmacy.
Also still experiencing the same shifting issue.
Overall dealings with buying the truck were great, the customer service afterwards hasn’t been the best at all.

Wilson Ford is where you need have your vehicle serviced and, if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, be sure to look at Wilson Ford even if they are out of the way! Service is what really matters, not a couple hundred dollars savings on the purchase. They will accommodate you! And, 'tip' when needing service, ask for Marcus!

Perfectly good service. Speedy and efficiently serviced my vehicle. Courteous service as always. Over 100,000 miles on this vehicle and only serviced at Wilson motors since purchased new.

Best place to buy a Ford. Elliott and Anita always take care of me. 5th Ford since 2017. Even when I moved, I Still buy mine here and ship. All the way to NC for the last 2. Both our Wilson F250 and Wilson Bronco.
