Came in with an issue i was having with the replacement of my phone .Was greeted by two young ladies that did not know how to help me resolve my problem. Decided to come back the following day and was helped by a gentleman named Charlie with excellent customer service skills. He was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything, and answered all our questions , helped me resolve the problem I was having. Thank you Charlie for all your help!

Worst store to go too. went to go get help with bill the “manager” rudely stated that he can’t help me with any bill issues in store that it has to be done with customer care. Can’t believe they have managers like that in stores that are incompetent to help customers and do their job practically kicked us out of store after telling us he can’t assist he ignored us and went about his day to help other customer
1 star is more than what with store and manager deserves if I could give 0 stars I would
