They break your stuff and deny it. The manager also came out and kicked me out after showing him what his employees broke. Worst customer service ever and truck wash.

If you have an motorhome/RV or anything nice - DO NOT GO HERE! My 45ft Entegra motorhome that was just buffed/polished with a 3 step process that cost me $5000 was completely scratched up by their brushes. The finish before being washed at Blue Beacon was completely flawless and after the clear is scratched up and down with brush marks. I brought this to the attention of the manager at the branch and he agreed that he could clearly see the scratches from the brushes. We took pictures and filed a claim with corporate. All I expected was them to send someone out to rebuff the motorhome and fix the damage they caused but they refused to do so and said that they won’t take responsibility for it. If you have a nice rig avoid this place like the plague. See pics. I will be posting this same review on each Google page for every Blue Beacon location to warn people. The first 2 pictures are before and the rest are after. You can also see how terrible the wash quality was. I also paid for tire shine that I never received.

BEWARE - If you care about your vehicle's paint DO NOT COME HERE. We paid thousands of dollars to have our RV ceramic coated and unfortunately made the mistake of having it washed here one night. They DID NOT use the soft bristled brushes that night that they claim to use and left deep scratches and swirls in our paint and whatever chemical they used stripped the coating so there is no protection left. The wheels were filthy still as well and they did not use the wheel shine that we paid for. This was admitted to us by the manager on duty and after filing a report with corporate they cannot claim responsibility for the damage and offered no refund for the wash itself. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE BB

I washed my truck and trailer I paid $121, for engine wash and shiny but they did not even washing very well everything were still dirty I recommend you guys don’t go there just spending money.

45 minutes on line and main attendant had an attitude. The workers who used the brushes where really sloppy and it was apparent they did not want to be there.
