Very disappointing customer service!
It’s clear that some staff members are unhappy with their job, and it truly shows in the way they treat customers. Honestly, they’d be doing this business a favor if they stopped being so rude.Yesterday, we encountered a very unpleasant experience with one employee in particular. When we asked a few simple questions about Auto Registration the lady responded with an unprofessional attitude and was unnecessarily rude. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business.I will be bringing this issue to administration because no customer deserves to be treated this way. Poor customer service like this can seriously impact the reputation of any business

Constant system outage. Customer service representatives don’t help to print a copy of insurance. Will not take a digital insurance proof. Huge inconvenience and only takes cash no cards. This place needs to up to date with technology.

Horrible customer service. Agent named Melissa had zero customer service skills and horrible attitude. She's very snappy with customers. If they are so unhappy with their job they should stay home or change profession where they don't deal directly with customers. Business has no a/c and is very dirty. They also take very long to process everything.

I was 'helped' by the lady sitting in the middle desk today. Unfriendly demeanor and love they don't discuss their fees. It said processing fee $5 but she charged me $6.

The staff is HORRIBLE...the same lady that is very very rude....not ONCE but TWICE!!! I got there at 8:58am the door was open she was sitting there doing NOTHING looking out the windows n waited till I got up to window n then proceeded to tell me they don't open till 9 n had to wait outside.
