Great company to get propane from. Never had an issue with delivery. But I am having issues with the website it won't let me log in and when I try to reset password it never sends the email.

Great customer service, I went in needing my propane tanks updated (they were passed their expiration date) and Pedro not only got my in the same day! proceded to repair and fill my tanks in a timely fashion, it all took 30 minutes!! And I was on my way, office staff were very friendly and efficient.

Alicia and the operator scheduler’s are the worst at communicating all information!! Alicia doesn’t know what she is doing! The worst customer service! Technicians are doing their job and still dealing with customers. It’s not their job to schedule and give customers updates of the jobs. This is why they have dispatchers. Owners need to be more aware of their employees and what goes on in the office. Do better managers!!!!!

I don't like this new system, we struggle a lot to communicate with the service, they go back to the same thing, they answer quickly, otherwise I will be forced to change companies, it takes days or hours for them to answer you and they say to leave a message and they don't call you back ?

The technician is always helpful and nice. The administration clerk/staff not so much. Not customer friendly in my opinion. I don’t know the price of the propane unless I ask for a receipt and it always seems higher every year. I read the other reviews and I believe them.
