“After getting my ring back for the third time, it’s finally right! I originally sent it out for service, and when it came back, it looked horrible. The center stone wasn’t flush and wasn’t centered—it was pretty bad.
Carlos and Diego both agreed that it wasn’t acceptable and went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed properly. They stayed on top of the service department and made sure my ring came back looking even better than before.

“I went in to the shop, and the lady in front of me was working the the jeweler over several thousands of dollars of fancy jewelry. I was just getting the battery replaced in my $25 novelty watch. The owner treated both of us, with the same level of compassion and respect. It's evident from the demeanor of the owner how passionate he is about his craft. The customer service is top notch! I highly recommend this place to anybody. When I picked up my watch (ready in a few hours), it was a younger guy at the counter. He too was friendly and helpful.
I didn't think I'd ever write a review about a jeweler since that's not my cup of tea, but the compassion and service I was shown made me go out of my way to do so.

“As a customer, You expect to get what you pay for. But in rare instances there are places that you can get more than what you pay for! This is one of those places!! The staff from the top to the bottom is consistently engaging and polite , despite the difficulties that my personality sometimes presents! It is easy to tell when somebody is trying to be polite, when they're not trying all and when It comes from inside! Corporations and enterprises across America have lost the true value of an associate that can provide great customer service, consistently and most importantly authenticity! The overall importance and appreciation of the customer is never lost at EZ PAWAN HUNTER!! I have been to this location countless times and in comparison to any other pawnshop.This location is in a class of their own!!! Whenever I visit, I always receive more task for my items than anywhere else, but more importantly Then the money is The experience! There are still Places You can go where you get more than what you pay for!!!! Marissa , Lorena and the rest of the staff all need promotions !! !!!”
“The gentleman was very helpful and kind. I went there because after replacing the battery to my watch I couldn't close it's case and he closed it for me without a charge. I previously went to the watch repair inside Sears cielo vista and was ignored for over 7 mins and the charge 10dls plus to change a watch's battery. At a jewelry shop inside a Food King on Dyer and Yvette NE they wanted to charge me 27dls to change the watch's battery. Here at Perla's they only charge 5dls and with a smile. I have approximately 7 watches that need a new battery......I'm sure everyone can guess where I'll be going. And I did see a variety of silver and other nice items for Christmas gifts with decent prices.....”

“I cannot recommend this place enough! We had put down a deposit at another jeweler's and they closed for a week without notice, leaving us in a bind. We needed a specific pendant for an event that weekend. Called several places but only Palace Jewelers had what we were looking for. They had several options, affordably priced and beautiful. The man that helped us was cordial and friendly. We definitely will be returning to fulfill our jewelry needs.”
“Every time I walk into the Jared jewelry store I am greeted with friendly staff members. I always feel very welcomed. I do have a favorite staff member that I go to for either to get my jewelry cleaned or to purchase a new item, she is super friendly and her customer service is wonderful. Claudia is very knowledgeable about the jewelry, also love that she helps me pick out the most beautiful pieces. I would most definitely recommend anyone to go to Jared. I especially love the SHY Creations collection. It’s easier for my husband to pick out jewelry for me from that collection with Claudia’s help. The gentleman took my watch, spent a few minutes with it, had to get a different pin from his inventory, installed it and handed the watch back to me. Fair price.
