“I went in to the shop, and the lady in front of me was working the the jeweler over several thousands of dollars of fancy jewelry. I was just getting the battery replaced in my $25 novelty watch. The owner treated both of us, with the same level of compassion and respect. It's evident from the demeanor of the owner how passionate he is about his craft. The customer service is top notch! I highly recommend this place to anybody. When I picked up my watch (ready in a few hours), it was a younger guy at the counter. He too was friendly and helpful.
I didn't think I'd ever write a review about a jeweler since that's not my cup of tea, but the compassion and service I was shown made me go out of my way to do so.

“The gentleman was very helpful and kind. I went there because after replacing the battery to my watch I couldn't close it's case and he closed it for me without a charge. I previously went to the watch repair inside Sears cielo vista and was ignored for over 7 mins and the charge 10dls plus to change a watch's battery. At a jewelry shop inside a Food King on Dyer and Yvette NE they wanted to charge me 27dls to change the watch's battery. Here at Perla's they only charge 5dls and with a smile. I have approximately 7 watches that need a new battery......I'm sure everyone can guess where I'll be going. And I did see a variety of silver and other nice items for Christmas gifts with decent prices.....”

“I cannot recommend this place enough! We had put down a deposit at another jeweler's and they closed for a week without notice, leaving us in a bind. We needed a specific pendant for an event that weekend. Called several places but only Palace Jewelers had what we were looking for. They had several options, affordably priced and beautiful. The man that helped us was cordial and friendly. We definitely will be returning to fulfill our jewelry needs.”

The gentleman took my watch, spent a few minutes with it, had to get a different pin from his inventory, installed it and handed the watch back to me. Fair price.
