Awful customer service at this location. Fernando was not knowledgeable and after he couldn’t get my information right after I was approved for 1500 through smart pay he got frustrated and asked me to leave and said he didn’t want to help me anymore. I hope he wasn’t the manager but I will have to return when he isn’t working because my application was approved for that location only. Super inconvenient for as a customer as I live 30 minutes away

I went in because my phone stopped working and the girl helping me was nice and helped me get a new phone. Another employee was "helping" an elderly man. When he left, she came over to the girl helping me and was making fun of him. That made me feel so uncomfortable and made me question if they speak badly about all their customers once they leave the store. That was very unprofessional and if you're going to stand there making fun of an elderly man, shame on you. You really should not be working there or in any profession that is to assist others. I do not care if I have to drive further next time, but I'm not going to that location again.

I went to this location on 7/9/20 to add and activate a new device to my account, a young boy there tried to sell me a sim card for $17 he told me activation would be an additional $17 but more crazy he said I needed to pay for a special ""code"" worth $25 for him to be able to activate my new device, and that it needed to be cash only, he blamed the owner for the high prices, i walked away and went to another metro place where the sim card cost me $10 plus $15 activation , NO CODE NEEDED, no doubt he tried to rip me off.

El peor servicio al cliente, compre el protector de pantalla y la disque manejadora q se supone están entrenadas para esto,lo puso y me dejo un globo, le reclamo y me dice, tienen q pasar 24 horas para q se quite, voy tiempo después y quiero hacer un pago,le digo cuanto es y ella me cobra todo lo q se debe , le pregunto x q cobrí³ todo si le dije q 60 ,y me contesta, creí q hablabas c9n tu esposo, ok mi esposo NO trabaja ahí, le habla a su manejador x q ella no sabe hacer el refund y le dice en inglés q yo no le dije cuánto, creyendo ella q yo no hablaba inglés, le dije q era muy grosera y me dijo pues ya no venga aquí, í³sea cometen errores les reclamas y terminan corriendote de la tienda? Pésima calidad de servicio al cliente
