“I went in not sure which box to use which label to use etc. waited in line less than 1 minute and I was helped by Benjamin. Who confiscated all my wrong selected boxes and produced one better suited for me. Saved me $60 and got my package delivered 2 days earlier than what I had selected. Post office can be scary but as long as great associates are there assisting clients then you got nothing to worry about. I have had some truly horrific experiences with the post office off of remcon on the west side but this visit was awesome. Wish more people would post their positive experiences because as I was getting my packages ready I heard about 5 people express their gratitude to Benjamin and the other associate there.”

“I dont understand why this location has so many bad reviews. I have been twice here in the past two months for passport appointments, everything went great and beyond. Of course i did schedule an appointment ahead of time, and I filled out my passport forms. The person that helped me was awesome and it was really fast. Also, they were taking many walk ins, after past hours. No te dejes llevar por las opiniones de los demas, compruevalo por ti mismo.”
“So far so good few issues at the begining when I began my small bussiness. I used usps basically weekly basis to drop off packages, envelopes, pick up packages, used a lot parcel locker and receive numerous packages also in weekly basis and I have not problem just as i mention at the begining the parcel lockers would not open but no longer has that issue. Everything has run smoothlly for 2 years. The only thing is the long lines sometimes not all the time. THE WORstis when PEOPLE GO AT THe SAME day & HOUR ?IS every Monday and after a holiday those are the worst times to go. So I simply avoid those days and morning hours but usually are people that chage address constantly or loss keys or they do not know how to track systetems or do changes properly those are the time consuming in lines??♀️”
