“Earlier in the month i had a package being delivered that i had needed to sign for but i had a fallen asleep within 15 minutes of one of delivery guys knocking on my door and slept through it. I had woken up 5 minutes after and immediately called usps to see if there was any way of them coming back to deliver and the delivery guy and the guy i had talked on the phone were honestly so helpful and understanding. So far i've had nothing but good experience at this location with customer service.”

“I went to apply for a PO Box and the guy who helped me was very kind and resourceful. He explained that it wasn't necessary to get a large unit in anticipation for a laptop I wanted to purchase, since they hold packages that don't fit for you to pick up. It saved me money for sure and the process was quick and easy!”
“So I was told that they don't do passports here anymore. The worker said the website has not been updated but that's not on them. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of who helped us but she said that if we had all of the necessary items that she can still submit the passport for us. We didn't have the photo so we drove to a pharmacy, got the photo, went to a different post office that was closer, and they said that they couldn't submit the passport even though we had everything. So Clint could and they couldn't ?? I believe the second one was Joe Battle but not sure. We drove back to Clint and the woman held her word and submitted the passport for us (:. It was very quick and I got my passport within 3 weeks (:. Thank you!”

“I wanted to cry… one employee was “nice” all the other try to look professional and they are almost rude maybe it’s because they are tired of people moving here or maybe they are like that to everyone I came from GA and people in offices there are the most sweet, here will take a lot to get use to it and not take it personal… and if this was almost rude, wait until you have to go and get new license plate in by las Tierras you’ll cry… those ladies are really nice to each behind the desk but rude to the core (there was one nice)”
