“I went to apply for a PO Box and the guy who helped me was very kind and resourceful. He explained that it wasn't necessary to get a large unit in anticipation for a laptop I wanted to purchase, since they hold packages that don't fit for you to pick up. It saved me money for sure and the process was quick and easy!”

“I come here maybe twice a month and so far no issues. People a cool, respectful and helpful. The reason for the 4 is that there is no set time time for when the fingerprint guy (cat with the fro) comes in. Came in Friday (keep calling on my way in and no one answers) just to find out that they don't do fingerprints on Fridays. A staff indicated he comes in between 0900-0930. Came in today (Monday 15 June) and another staff member stated that he won't be in until 1000. Once he's in, he's on it. Very thorough and detailed.”
