Hours: Ryder has great management and hardworking, friendly, and helpful staff with quick response times. The facility is spacious and easy to park in. The unloading process takes the same amount of time as anywhere else, with some loads being completed in 25 minutes. Drivers must note that for certain loads you can't stop for 200 miles, so extra hours on the log book are necessary. The procedure requires using the entrance at the back of the building, checking in with the guard, and proceeding to door R5. After the trailer seal is cut from the inside and the door is opened, staff will park it at the dock and provide a copy of the Bol once everything is done.
