I put in my prescription a month ago for my birth control and they forgot to put it in the system, but no one called or informed me. I showed up and not only was it not ready, they forgot to enter it again. Then I called to check and they said it would be ready within two days, but I received texts that it kept getting delayed. So finally after weeks or waiting in pain as it is the only thing that helps with my endometriosis, they inform me that it’s not available at any of their pharmacies and that I would need to call my OBGYN and have it send somewhere else. So I did and sure enough the OBGYN clerk stated that’s not possible and it doesn’t make sense, they just need to order it from the distributor and it sounds like they are being lazy and flat out not doing their jobs, but she assisted me in switching to the Walgreens pharmacy. This was just the straw that broke the camels back, and idk how many times they messed up my other prescriptions or forgot to put them in. This just happened to be one I can’t do without. Not only that, the customer service is just atrocious. I’m never using this pharmacy again.

The line for the curbside is always long waiting times if there 3-4 cars ahead of you are more than 20 minutes. They call you to say prescription is ready 20 minutes before closing and from how long they take by the time is your turn they are closed. They need to be faster.

By far this has been the best experience I have EVER received at a pharmacy. The pharmacy employee who helped me was Adrian he was so helpful and kind. On a difficult day when nothing was going right he made my trip to pick up several scripts for my brother a smooth experience. Thank you

Even with the covid-19 stuff going on right now, this pharmacy has been the most professional, most helpful, and most caring pharmacy I've ever used. They are polite and actually care about getting your prescriptions to you.

Terrible. They opened very late even though there was a huge line and had bad customer service. The pharmacy inside the Walmart on Americas / Alameda is way better.

Mostly friendly staff problem is they can never get anything right, the prescriptions are never right always missing 2 out of 3, they are never ready at the time they tell you it will be ready

So usually when I come in with my GoodRX coupons they insert the information doesn't take that long to put the information in I've done it a ton of times and the lady Rachel Fausto was incredibly rude kept telling me that I couldn't use the coupon because there was one supposedly in the system and sarcastically says it'll only save you .87 cents I said okay that's fine. Then she says okay it'll take a while which I know and she gave my phone with the coupon to the lady in the back I observed everything that the lady did she was on the phone already with someone 2 minutes passed by and she came out saying it was the same price when the whole time I was watching her she didn't input anything into the computer. I know exactly how this works because they would make me sign something if it has a discount code on it. Horrible customer service and aside that I told her I didn't need to see the consultant there because I've taken this medication all my life and instead of giving me my medication she said “well the consultant can give it to you.†Overall horrible experience they took forever I went to the drive through then inside I'm switching pharmacies now because of how rude this lady was.
