1st room was someone else was in. Second room was not occupied butSheets and bed spread were dirty and there were no Towels and no toilet paper and the fridge didn't work.Third room was cleaner but microwave didn't work. We did have to clean the counters and desk tops and remove all the dust but still better than the other two rooms.She promised to replace the microwave but didn't. I stopped by the next evening and asked for toilet paper and the microwave and she promised to bring them in 20 minutes. After an hour I went to sleep. Next morning I got up 6;30 and no toilet paper and no microwave. I went to the customer service window and rang the bell 3 times in 20 minutes. No one came. I called. No one answers. Avoid at all costs.The 3rd day we got a microwave and they put a roll of toilet paper on the back of the toilet. But no clean towels or empty the trash.4th day. No towels or trash but they enter the room every day and turn off the air conditioning while your gone.I think customers are annoying to them and we are taking up their timeRooms: They vary significantly. The room we ended up with is pretty nice but the second room was dirty, pretty worn and outdated.Nearby activities: Several parks nearby

The owner said she has owned the place for 10 yrs. and she still has the same sheets and bed spread that was in the rooms when she bought the place. AC didn't work in the first room we went into. It was almost impossible, bur she finally moved us to a different room.

For the price I would expect the a/c to work and the shower to have a cold option.Owners are rude and frown upon one having guests visit.

Very horrible place!! I would give negative stars if I can. We had to stay there 3 nights. Not only the staff was rude the rooms smelled horrible and where not cleaned properly. Beds had hair and stains on them and looked like where not changed betweenguests. At night wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water and when I called the front desk they said that they can't do anything about it rudely. Had to take cold showers for 3 nights !! Not only that, when I checked my bank account today I noticed I have been charged twice!! I was charged double of a 3 night stay!!! Avoid this location because it will ruin your days!!

My family had booked on Booking.com for a King size bed and a sofa bed. When we arrived I was rudely told they do not know why they have that on there and that they have rooms with 2 beds and it will be 10 extra dollars. It was late so I agreed. When we arrived to the room it smelled like old cigarettes, had a hole in the wall and roach eggs by the coffee maker. We wanted to leave but the kids was tired. The next morning I realized that they took more money off my card then I have signed for. I went to the office for questions and was told I could have booked across the street. The lady did not want me to have a copy of the signed receipt. She gave me a paper of the transaction instead. Then I told her I will dispute it she then say they bank will fight it and they will determine that when we check out. I felt as she will ruin the room once we leave so I took pictures and videos. And I also have a video of how bad her customer service is presented. This place is not worth your time, money, or energy. It smells, has roaches, yellow stains on comforter, and tacky. I do not recommend.

We had to stay there for a night because of rain and storm . They keep their rooms clean. Not bad for short stay.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!!It's GROSS. Walked in it smelt bad and it was a non smoking room. A bunch of flies everywhere couldn't even stand comfortable without a fly touching you. Other kind OF bugs in the room. No towels at all, and they blamed that they had people the night before like what does that have to do with the current day. Also blood on the pillow case. And they had an excuse for everything. Mold on the shower curtain, I have pictures. They said no refund which there is no sign at all. And the lady had the nerve to say if we had money we should have gone somewhere else, which we did leave and go somewhere else so why would she make that Comment... LIKE I SAID THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEOS.. ZERO STARS LIKE NEGATIVE ZERO THEY DONT DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!
