Went in to buy weiners a couple of weeks ago that were out of date by 2 months. The store manager just huffed and rolled her eyes. Went in another time to buy a canned soda and the cans were in the front cooler and had been damaged but still in cooler, again she huffed. My husband went in this morning to buy some tire plugs and he put them on the counter, she snatched them up, scanned and flung them back on the counter. She is this way to my kids, grandkids as well. If you don't have the manners, the personality to work with customers, then you need to find a job that you can work behind the scenes. This job is not for her.

Never had I met the most miserable manager in the history of Family Dollar, I feel bad for the employees under her and for customers who encounter her on a regular basis, made my time there seem like an eternity

Friendly employees! Everything is put in its own space, no clutter. I'm an out of towner and this is the first Family Dollar I have shopped at that was so neat and organized! They tale pride in their job and it shows.

Always have to check expiration dates on everything and god forbid you accidentally get something 4 months expired and want to return it. Also don’t go if in a hurry, takes 5 minutes just to get someone at the register.

The staff are always friendly and easy to work with, always immediately there to help. The store itself, has a nice layout, and it's always easy to find what I'm looking for. The prices are awesome! I cannot get anything cheaper within an hour drive anywhere else. The only thing I detest, is the entrance door. It swings violently shut and has knocked me over/closed on me just about every time I go. This is a safety issue and will probably lead to an elderly person getting hurt eventually.

Cheree, the store manager has been rude to me EVERY time I frequent Sonora location. I am from 7 hours away and I go through Sonora approximately once per month. I have shopped this store for 3 years and dread seeing her on duty. She has NEVER been pleasant. I hate this because this is a very nice town and she does not seem to want to be there. This is a very nice store as well. I would go to the “other” store if it weren’t in such a mess. I actually would not have posted this except for the fact a family friend stopped and got the same RUDE manager.
