reason for 5star is becausr thr store was clean people were friendly and i saw 2 woman outside mowing and picking up garbage , great job ladies i hope management recognizes your efforts 9 outta 10 needs arbys subway and CC are old news

Supervisor at 5 is sucks .
This supervisor and subway worker shouldn't be working . If they will work , I'll tell all my community to avoid this location . I asked at subway extra tomato and onion no other veggies , they tried to charge me more for this . Last 6 years none of love's truck stop I've been driving didn't ask or something . They threw away the food instead of couple prpieces more of tomato and onion . You already started losing it . This is America and should be great , not like 3rd world countries.

Renee Grisshom and Victoria are true loves employees they were helpful respectful and treated everyone that came in the same fixed the issue with Eric that I had last night and truly made my day I greatly appreciate you two Victoria and Renee. They should be promoted and replace Maribel and Eric they are an incredibly horrible representation of loves

Machanic Service is slow as find water.
Typical toad call, come back when it's rime for lunch or to get off work
Loves should have so.e type of monitoring system or incentive program for production purposes

The usual clean well-stocked Love's experience. As always the parking lot is plenty big to maneuver any size RV or trailer rig, but this loves does not have any of the long RV specific pull through parking spaces. It does have some space along the curbs for long rigs. Also a number of the pump lanes are absolutely saturated with diesel so they feel greasy when you walk on them.

Women's restroom was filthy. But the cashier is the primary reason for only one star. Typical Karen with the need to feel empowered by forcing everyone to be on her schedule, not theirs. Fine, she has to check the temp on the hot dog wieners, but when she finally came back to the register, she leisurely fiddled with the tablet trying to get it plugged in to charge. When asked her if she could do that after I go she got defensive. She stated 'yeah yeah everyone's in a hurry'. Wow, yes you work at a truck stop where people are on a clock. That too familiar feeling that we are there to serve her and only her time is valid. Terrible customer service.

Shower 1 is disgusting black mold! This is by far thee WORST Love's I've ever been to and taken a shower. I told me husband that we need to invest in a truck with an extended sleeper. Because we need our own shower, toilet and sink, etc. This makes no sense y'all can't be lazy now. What? Does the Health Department need come out a pay y'all a visit?? Black mold can make a person sick!! ??♀️
