A few days ago I went to this place to see if they could help me with some faulty hose nozzles that I had bought a few months ago. I had no receipt and though it had been 10 months since I bought the product, they STILL gave me credit. The staff is sooooo nice and ready to help. It was so refreshing to go to a business and not get hassled about a receipt or quoted the 30 day policy. The fact that they go out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer gives it a 5 star rating in my book!
