I placed an order several months ago for the serape and cactus capri pants that were for sale. After a couple of weeks, I hadn't received the order so I checked the status to see it still only said preparing. I messaged Lisa, the owner and got no response. I tried calling only to get a vmail saying it was full. So I then emailed her. My mother in law placed an order for earrings on December 3rd. These were meant to be a Christmas present. The owner was contacted 4 times, because the earrings never shipping, and of course didn't arrive before Christmas. Now, well over a month later, they've still never shipped. The owner did respond to one email finally, but has still never shipped the earrings. My mother in law is now going through PayPal to get a refund, and will be purchasing the earrings elsewhere. I feel like you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to receive an item you've paid for. We will definitely not be doing anymore business with this boutique. I've read other reviews that say the owner is great to do business with. So I'm not sure why we are having such a problem.

I ordered a few things Thanksgiving intending for my daughter's Christmas and still haven't gotten them. I've received one of the three items and that was sent to the billing address not even the ship to address. I've tried multiple times to reach them but voicemail always full and they won't return a text either.
