This is a great place to do business. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about Chevy products. They were willing to answer any and all questions. Matt even moved our toolbox and contents from our old truck to the new one. And we asked them to move the running boards from our old truck to the new one, they did it with a smile! We are very pleased!

Sour Lake Ford was so much better than my local big town dealership. They actually respond to phone calls had a quick appointment time. I went months just trying to schedule a recall at my local Beaumont dealer. They had no issues dealing with my extended warranty people and even paid my deductible because I had to bring my car back for something they missed the first time. Will be using Sour Lake for all my car repairs.

Do not purchase a car or truck from here. Just got. “Brand new” 2019 Chevy trax and not even a week later it was in the shop with a leaking radiator and not to mention not even a week or two after that I’m at the tire shop and the tire dude tells me my tires are Bawled…. I haven’t driven this car but to work and home. Save your self the stress and go somewhere else. I hear Donalson Chevy is good.

I have been looking around at trucks for several weeks. I had a line on one in Houston at a dealership, but when I got there, it just didn’t feel right. The Salesperson was high pressure, and I ended up walking out after spending most of the day there trying to make a deal. On the way home I decided to pull into Sour Lake Motor Co. I was soon greeted by Matt Nielsen, who did an incredible job helping me. He was courteous, professional, and accommodating. Not only did I find a truck I like better, but also a salesperson I can easily recommend to friends and family. This dealership was a very refreshing experience for me and they’ve made a customer for life.

I went to sour lake motors to get my truck aligned. First of all they test drove my truck harder than most people would drive then proceeded to say they couldn’t align it because my lower ball joints and inner tie rod ends were bad. They wanted to charge over $1,500 to fix it. I later spent $250 on parts and had the ball joints changed in my driveway in about 2 hours and triple checked my brand new inner tie rod ends to realize they still have zero slack in them…
