Business is no longer open. Heard a lot of discussions about why. That would make it less than a one star.

I bought my Triumph from here in 2017. They started slipping on customer service around 2019. Now it seems they are out of business as their phone number has been delisted. They still read Facebook messenger messages but no reply. Seems I need to find another Triumph service station. What a shame, they had a good thing going.

Complete scam company. They will sale you a new motorcycle and help get you financing, but they will not register your motorcycle cycle. Buyers beware!

This place is a sketchy chop shop. It's October 2022, I was last here July 2021 and had good service. All techs are gone. Do not do not leave your bike with whoever is here. They are not Gulf Coast BMW. Wow.

NO NO NO! Big No No! Don’t leave you bike there, the place is out of business. It is closed and don’t be lured in by the persons saying it is just temporary and proposing to service your bike. me think they are paid to watch over the store and salvage what can be, the inside of the store is filthy with empty cups everywhere. Clients and and company’s file are all over the place. Pity. It was a great dealer and they used to have the best sales person in the name of Kathryn Paige… when she left I guess it was over.

I bought a new bike from here March '21 and had it serviced in March '22 so it looks like I got in and out just in time. Sorry to see them either out of business or soon to be, any other recommendations from others as to where I can get a Triumph serviced would be great.

Do not bring your bike here. It is out of business for sure. This used to be a great dealership. I had a Triumph that I got serviced here, and I bought a used BMW from here in 2017. That bike is great. August of 2022 I brought it in for some simple service (replace heated grips) and I thought the shop looked pretty run-down, but I gave them a chance since they had worked on my bikes before. 5 weeks later, four calls later, and I had to take a tow-truck to get my own bike back. No responses from the shop between my calls. When I went to get the bike all they had done was remove the throttle-side assembly. That's it. I was promised the bike three times during the five weeks and they never delivered. Keep in mind, all they had to do was *replace the grips*. And now I have bike I cannot ride (no throttle assembly). Bottom line: stay away.

DO NOT SEND ANY BIKES HERE!!! This place is a LEGIT CHOP SHOP. Took my bike in over a year ago with only a few picture updates at the beginning then radio silence. NO RETURNING PHONE CALLS OR TEXTS!. Had to send my boyfriend down to pick up my bike only to find all the VIN's were not original and were changed. These motherfuckers switched everything out. Do not go anywhere near these low life assholes.

Don’t bother! I needed a part for my BMW, so I drove in from Galveston on a Friday morning arriving around 11:00am and the doors were locked.Called and no one answered so had to make the drive back. Called several times during the week and again no answer. Finally reached a lady the following Friday who said she would have her parts guy call me back. Surprise, 5 days later and still no call. Today tried to call them and again no answer. If they haven’t gone out of business, they soon will.

Gulf Coast BMW used the sales tax I paid them for operating expenses, instead of registering my bike and paying its sales tax to the county, for about 3 months until I had enough and talked to the Texas DMV and came to understand what was going on. Once I found out, I went nuclear on everyone there, as every last one of them were involved in the lies, and got my plates and title applied for the next day.GOOD RIDDANCE TO GULF COAST BMW / BRITISH USA.

I should have read the reviews of this place beforehand. Similar to other people who have purchased from here, I am now going over four months and no title. I am on my third temp tags. The only response I’ve gotten is that they are backlogged and that’s it. Every time I call I get told they will call me back and so far this has been the worst experience of any vehicle I have bought. Waiting over four months with no title - I cant do anything with the bike- can’t sell or trade in. I wish I had never done business with this seller.
