“So I went to delfix computers to get an os put on my SSD card and it only took them a day or so to get it done. They even told me about the original ssd I bought was faulty and they gave me a new 512 GB instead. He's bad***. Go to them for things you need fixed or even questions in general”
“Setting the appointment was super easy and the phone was repaired and ready within the hour. This is the 2nd time I have used this business for a claim. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of damage to the phone both times.
The first time, they set the phone on something hot that essentially melted the back a little, pointing it out himself. I believe he offered to fix it, but I respectfully declined as I didn't want to deal with it at the time.
This time, same phone, the guy pointed out that there was some damage on the back bottom right corner, but said it was there before which was believable. The second I handed the phone to my daughter who waited in the car and wasn't privy to that conversation instantly pointed the damage out and said it wasn't there before.
This was for a Samsung A32 so you could imagine why I didn't care so much about a small cosmetic issue. However, I imagine it would go differently if they had damaged a significantly more expensive device. So, for users with a more expensive phone, proceed with caution and maybe take photos of your device before and after dropping it off.
Both times, I had scheduled for the earliest appointment. I had to wait a lot longer for the store to open the first time, so just know they open late sometimes and schedule for a later appointment.
Would I use them again despite these issues? Yes.”
“Carl at Cell Phone Repair is a LIFESAVER!!! He doesn't just repair cell phones. He ALSO repairs computers. I bought a "brand new" Dell at Office Depot in Pearland. I say "brand new" because as it turned out the unit not new. It had been registered with Microsoft under someone else's name. No wonder it was cheaper. Nowhere on anything did it say anything about not being new. Smooth sailing for about 1 1/2 months. Then it lost it's mind. Office said send it back to Dell. In Viet Nam? I think that is where they are now with their mfg. I took the machine to Carl at CPR on Dixie Farm Rd. He wiped the hard drive and reinstalled Windows 11. Hooray. This took a couple of days and cost me about $40.00. What a deal!!!!!! ?”
“I am giving a five star rating only because the employees are very friendly.
Unfortunately my niece's phone not only had a bad screen, but a crazed back. Samsung requires them to return the phone in out of the box condition only. Or they jeopardize their contract with Samsung. They did not have a white back in the Houston area. I know I called everyone of their locations. It would take a minimum of 5 days to get the part in. So we did the replacement phone with deductible.”

“To Make Along Story Short: Amazing Experience; Ask for George! I have been going to this store for a good 4 years now and have always appreciated their fast and cost effective services. What made me write this review now is my unforgettable experience with one of the repair men in my most recent visit to the shop. I've had my old iPhone 10 for close to 5 years now and it just gave up on me. The screen stopped working but you can still hear the applications in the background, so it was still a serviceable phone. I decided to just eat the cost of a new iPhone 14 Pro Max since that phone had become outdated, but the trick was to transfer the data from that old phone to the new device. I went to BestBuy and several other repair services and they quoted me a full repair just to transfer the data, which was an unreasonable expenditure for me as I don't ever plan on using that phone again. I went to Apple for a consult and they gave me a contact that would extract data from a dead phones, but they quoted me half of the repair cost, which was still an absurd amount of money to spend on this old phone. I was basically out of options, so I decided to come in to The Fix store to see if they can help me out. George one of the repair techs initially quoted me a repair cost that was comparable to the other repair stores offered, but once I told him about my situation and how I didn't plan on even using the phone in the future he agreed to do me a favor. He temporarily repaired the phone so I could transfer all my data over to my new device, and then just removed all the parts he replaced and only charged me for labor, which was only a third of the price he initially quoted for the repair! He did all this afterhours since I walked in 20 minutes before closing. Amazing service and dedication, and this is why I have been their returning customer for close to 4 years now.”

“BE CAREFULL AT THIS SPOT I GOT ROBBED... I'm not talking about the store, the owner of this place is the one at front counter and he is a nice man, I had spoken to him a couple time, and its really hard and slaving have to be in a business all day long all week long he can't have a smile for everyone always... but I am talking about the truck parking spots, I got robed while I was sleeping there, they open my trailer the cut the seal and metal lock and for their surprise and bad luck my load was only yogurt so they only took out like 9 boxes, but I was lucky they closed the trailer again because if they had left it opened I could had gotten the load rejected and as an owner operator that would had been the end of my company... just be careful do NOT STAY HERE FOR THE NIGH OR IF DO SO BE CAREFULL i will ad photos”
