Their employees can't even fill out a cashier check correctly. They don't ask the necessary questions to avoid going all around town to fix their stupid mistakes. To top it all, they always look at you as if you were less than them. Horrible costumer service.

I will be going to this bank first thing in the Morning withdrawal my money and close my account! To much hidden fees.
BANK always has problems with there ATM!
From the start I didn't even want the account because it's inside of fiesta,
I HATE FIESTA the fiesta managers and majority of there cashier's and employees are all so rude! Rude! Rude! Rude! Rude! Rude!
Very miserable employees especially the store manager DANIEL! AND JUAN!
BACK TO THE BANK! THERE SYSTEM! THERE BANK CARDS ARE ALWAYS BROKE DOWN! THERE SLOW! SLOW! SLOW! AND VERY SLOW! Green dot has banking! I would not recommend first convenience bank to my enemy!!

Horrible customer service, the ladies there are not helpful. I needed to deposit a check, they tried but they kept saying it wasn't verifying, thats it they wouldn't speak with nobody not even a manager about the situation i reset the check 3x with the tax person until i decided to go somewhere else they spoke with people to verify it and done no problem

Be careful I went to change my check and they measured a fake bill I didn't notice until I took out the money to pay for gas and there was the fake bill I complained to them and they said they can't do anything just so they should be careful race
