Went to go do my grocery shopping like always. I don’t understand why when I go through the Check out line ; I’m always forced to speak Spanish : When clearly I’m speaking Englishbut when someone else goes through, it seems like they’re allowed to speak English or Spanish. I hate that.!
Shouldn’t happen again I think you’re gonna lose a customer. I spent around 700 bucks a month there and if this is the way I’m gonna be treated I’m just gonna take my money and go somewhere else like Walmart or fiesta

I can’t recall how many oz the duritos used to be, but I’m pretty sure it was AT LEAST twice maybe even 3x this size. It’s disappointing that they are now selling way less for the same price.

I had a terrible experience with Alberto at Mi Tienda. He was rude, unhelpful, and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. When I asked for assistance, he barely acknowledged me and was just on his phone. On top of that, he had a bad attitude the entire time. Customer service should be a priority, but clearly, that’s not the case with Alberto. Very disappointing experience, I won’t be coming back!

It is my favorite store to do my errand every week, I usually buy the king's bagel somewhere else and this year I was encouraged to buy it there, I chose one with cream cheese and, surprise, it didn't come filled with anything and there was no way to go and complain When we were all gathered, I don't think I would buy a bagel there again.

Bought a Rosca for the whole family and to my disappointment there was no baby ! We asked and made sure there was a baby before we made our purchase and there was NO BABY. What a disappointment and how embarrassing!

The only thing I'm going to say is that the bagel that we bought on Sunday, January 5, was horrible, very dry, flavorless and hard, only the ones that were offered to try in the store were good.
