Bad salesmanship, test drove a vehicle check engine light came on; they try to force you to keep a lemon based on misrepresentation; days later they finally gave me a refund after several days of having to call and complain! Do not waste your time! Do not sign shit from them unless you test drive that car over a period of days or hours! Have your own mechanic take a look at it on the site and stay firm on your down payment because they will try to up your down payment once you're sitting in the office! I wouldn't trust them and I'm done referring people there!

Im a very serious person, I’m a stay at home mom now, because my husband makes a good living. I was looking on offer up for a used dodge journey cash, to have an extra family car in case of anything, pretty enough to have my baby girl in. I message inquiring about the full asking price cash. No financing, just full cash. He won’t even tell me what’s the asking price. Only what they ask for a down payment. 3k. For a 2016. Come on now. The most I’ve ever put down at a real dealership is 2k. That’s cause I wanted to put down. My credit can get me any car I want. So I continue to tell the sales guy that wants me to come in and see for myself. That I have a baby I don’t have time to waste coming in to see a car that’s out of our budget. So he continues to asking what am I working with. To see what this guy says I say 5k. He continues to respond to me rudely. Like why would I tell him how much I have? To scam me out of my money? Don’t worry about what I have. Worry about how you treat your customers. Maybe if you were kinder you’d get a serious buyer. I’ve worked in sales for 6 years! I love to help out people. I hate to scam and sell them on something that’s not worth their time. Don’t buy from them, don’t waste your time, they don’t care about what they’re selling their customers, they don’t care about their customers. They care about flipping a quick Buck. They care about getting money. They don’t care if it’ll affect you. Selfish selfish arrogant business.

Several years ago I bought a car from them.. They convinced me that with low miles it was a great buy.. I was a young and gullible girl..I paid $2500 down. Not even 3 hrs after driving off of the lot a headlight went out, being a single woman I asked could they replace it & I was told to go to Oreillys. 4 days later, the transmission started acting funny. Nobody wanted to help me with it. Fast forward a month (transmission still "slipping") I didn't even have a payment due but they re- possessed the vehicle for failure to pay tax title and license.. I thought that was covered in my down payment, I could be wrong. But nobody even tried to call me, they just took the car.. I feel like they knew they were selling me a lemon but just wanted my $2500 down.

Bought a Car from them I highly do not recommend they talk you into buying the car once you get it there is 1,000 problems wrong with it. I have purchased a car from them after a couple days later both of my Cv axle are leaking and both of my control arms are broke once that is fixed two months later my transmission is slipping but constantly wanna hunt me down about one missed payment. They don’t care if anything is wrong with the car they are money hungry and after missing a payment they will definitely come tow your car. They are sorry and save your money and go somewhere else!! A friend bought a car from them told me they was bad business and I didn’t listen

They'll screw you over if you let them. The devil is on the details and fine print. I bought my first car from these people. They offered me a decent deal, I covered my tracks and had kbb pulled up as we looked around. It was within market value but i didn't think about the financing. I thought my credit was less than worthy because I didn't have established credit yet, so i thought. I took their in house financing with that deal and thought it was all good. Fast forward, paid off the car. (Meanwhile) My husband bought a truck. He had poor credit at the time, thought things went well with me & so he went with them too. Man did they see him coming, he wanted avalanche so bad that he didn't realize it until a couple months later not only was it a lemon but overpriced. (He didn't kbb it like i did.) Thousands of dollars invested in the truck & it gave us the most problems just outside of their "warranty." When my husband stopped paying on it & he told them why they didn't have anything to say. They finally repossessed the crap pile around midnight one night. They fixed it up & resold it with my husbands plates still on it. For almost a year we kept getting toll road bills & threats about paying it. We kept telling them we don't even have the truck anymore & reported it to Minter. They did nothing. Notices kept coming. We stop caring because eventually they'll try to register the truck & they'll get flagged & they did. Eventually the notices stopped.Back to my car, i came across the financing paperwork and looked at my credit report sometime after all this stuff happened. I was approved for cheaper financing but they had me paying an interest rate of almost 20%. I ended up paying those crooks more than i had to. You're already making a profit off me? Why be greedy? Now you drive past that lot and see nothing but old dated cars that probably have recalls on them.

Do not by cars from here. I got a car from here in May and invested over 10,000 in the car and its a sour LEMON! On top of that my car was repoed at my job based off the finance female giving wrong information that my car was in the shop and I couldn't pay to get it out which was a bold face lie and cover up to come and take my car.

On behalf of my son. I took him here to pick up his car after supposedly being repaired. The customer service and the people are great but I swish his car ran the same. For him to only had this car a month two, their shouldn’t be 8 plus sensors including O2, needed replacement, drivetrain problems, etc with this car amongst other issues. I gave this rating Brice dealt with them years ago and for what it’s worth, their good people and they’ll try to fix any issue(s) their responsible for.

Went to check out a small SUV that was 10 years old with high mileage. They were asking for over 11k even with a fender ding, check engine light, and some noise that sounded like a bearing issue. I was looking for a car for my teen age son. Just because I have a nice car pulling in the lot doesn't mean you can rip people off. Avoid.

Great customer service to get you in a over price lemon. Car look nice from the outside, but most of them are mechanical headaches.
