Asked the youngster bring the counter for a pressurized transmission hose and was given a regular thin type hose and would NOT refund it. Even tho it was the wrong thing, it was cut, and therefor unrefundable. Really?!

Yes I went in store asked if the worker knew of anything that I could use to fix my situation and instead of him saying no! He proceeded to take me to grab JB weld concrete putty and said it should work on plastic great. As he proceeded to check me out my daughter made comment “ if it doesn’t work we can return it right” He laugh and throw receipt in the trash. Well product did not work and I went following day to see if anyone else had idea. The worker help me look up products I could buy online due to he didn’t want to tell me product that he wasn’t sure would work. I thanked him and he let me know the 1st employee name was Tim and he does same thing all the time just to make sale and throws receipts away! It wasn’t just that he had whole cocky attitude about himself & was very unprofessional !
