“I was devastated when my brand new 2024 Nissan was damaged in an auto accident. I was beyond frustrated from dealing with the at fault parties insurance. The dealership where I bought my car recommended Eagle to repair my car since they are Nissan certified. I called Eagle to let them know I would be using them for the repair work. I was so frustrated and upset with the at fault parties insurance adjuster that I was in tears. It was my good fortune that I was transferred to Mr. David Hicks that day. He was the absolute best. He reassured me that he would take it from here and that I could relax and let Eagle handle all the details. David and Veronica went above and beyond to get my car repaired in a timely manner. They were so patient and kind and treated it as if it were their car. When my car was returned it looked and drove like brand new again. I did have to take it back in a month later because the headlight they replaced wasn’t working and the center console had a gap where it was separating but David greeted me like an old friend and took care of getting everything repaired. While I waited for the repairs I had a chance to watch other customers come in to pick up their vehicles and watch how the staff interacted with each person. It was so nice to see how every, single customer was treated so well and how they all left happy and smiling. This truly is a superbly run, customer service oriented establishment that does superior work. I would use them for any repair I may have in the future!”

“I was in dire need of a tow and initially called Triple A, but unfortunately, they weren’t able to help. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to call Redline Towing, especially since they were located near where the vehicle was.
I was in Tomball at the time and couldn’t be there in person to assist, hence why AAA couldn't help out. The vehicle’s engine had blown out—yes, a very unfortunate and sad story (we’ll save that one for another day).
Despite the circumstances, Redline Towing came through. They were able to locate the vehicle and tow it to the residence without issue. Payment was collected afterward, which made the whole process even more convenient.
I’m beyond satisfied with their service and will absolutely use them again.

“Did a great job repairing my company vehicle. When I went to pick it up there was just a little bit of dust on it as they had washed it on Friday and I wasn't able to pick it up until Monday so they wiped it all back down again even though I told them it looked great already.”
“I cannot express enough how happy I am with my whole experience. As I am driving my car, my whole car just starts shutting down. Engine vibrating, cars smoking, check engine light is on, car wont accelerate. I make it home bc I was right around the corner thankfully. This was on a Saturday so I have to wait until Monday to see whats going on. I live .2 miles from a mechanic shop so first thing Monday, I have my car towed there. He takes a look and changes some spark plugs and fuses. He gives me a call and tells me that he only does electrical and I need a mechanic and he can't recommend anyone. So, I start making calls. I called 7 places in total. This one place tells me they can do it and that they would call me. In the meantime, I am still calling around and call Mario's. I immediately was impressed with the customer service. I am looking at reviews and the first place that said they worked on the fuel pump (which is what I started the conversation with) had not called so I simply call saying that I font need help anymore and I have scheduled a tow. They LITERALLY ALREADY HAD MY CAR without my knowledge. I was furious and had to cancel my tow. Car is at this other place and I just keep getting the run around. Long story short, I get my car out after I had to cancel a second tow the following day and spend $500 just to get my car back for the tow I didnt want and a diagnostic they "performed" but still didnt know the problem. I finally had my key and my car and get another tow ordered to get it to Marios. Its there. I feel better already. The next day I make a call just to see whats going on. Mario himself calls me and lets me know what the diagnosis is. Its the fuel pumps just as I suspected. Tells me what its gunna take to fix it. We order the parts and wait. The parts come in and he fixes it. I call again just to get an update. We talk about a few things and something else that needed repairing. We order that part and he gets it and puts it on. Test drove it to make sure everything was good. He communicated the whole way through. Broke everything down for me. And helped me when I needed it. It was one of the beat experiences I had from the start. I cannot recommend them enough. I am overjoyed by the whole thing. He is an honest business man, not out here trying to con people. I have a business that I operate as well. It feels good to know that there are people out there who run a place like I do. He had my car back to me in a week. For everything he did, the price was fair and timely. I would give them 10 stars if I could and everyone who needs a mechanic, I will always recommend this place. I hadnt had to bring my car to a repair shop since I bought it so I didnt realize I needed to know a good mechanic shop. I am also not from here. They have gained a lifelong customer. 10/10 all the way. Thanks so much guys. You deserve a gold medal for everything you've done”

“I own a small business in downtown Pasadena and recently had a problem with a delivery truck that broke down in front of my store. I called this towing company and they were able to send someone over right away to help us out. The driver was very professional and efficiently removed the truck from the street, allowing us to continue our day without any further disruptions.”

Anyways she had all the paperwork ready that was a detailed bill for how much everything costs and for what, all I had to do was show proof I was on the insurance and had no issues retrieving my vehicle.
