“My experience with PSP diesel began after I had my truck at another shop, at which the owner had passed away, leaving the engine pulled and left down to bare block with parts misplaced. PSP came highly recommended and after speaking to Richard about the situation, he was confident that this was a job that he and his team could handle. Moving forward the whole process was made simple. I asked for the most reliable and hassle free outcome and I quickly received an itemized list of parts and services needed for that goal. I approved the work and quickly had my truck back running better than ever. Not only was the work done swiftly I could see why they came so renowned, from the ease of communication throughout the whole proccess to little things like the fitment of CAC pipes and clamps installed parrallell to nicely tucked wiring, everything was put back together cleanly with attention to detail in mind even resolving some other minor unknown/undiscussed issues. which after using numerous sub par shops over the years, really reassured that i had FINALLY found a good shop i could trust and rely on, and having been a repeat customer for my other vehicles and even performance modifications, the great team at PSP continue to deliver integrity and exceptional workmanship. I would now also HIGHLY recommend PSP automotive, These guys really know their stuff across all platforms.”

She worked also, when she was at home, making sure that everything with my insurance went through an I do applaud her for that. And their facility, it's so nice and clean. Thank you all for making my 2019 Nissan Titan look like it came off of the SHOWROOM floor.”

“Noe was a life saver. He was so sweet and compassionate. My car left me stranded and no one stopped to help. Except one gentleman whom I’m so thankful for. I was in the middle of the road with a dead vehicle. Noe drove from Pasadena to East fwy in Houston close to downtown. The price was so reasonable. I highly recommend Taini-Taini towing 100%. Thank you Noe so much for kindness.”

“I recently took my son's 2010 Camaro SS to Mario's Garage for an oil leak and a non-functioning A/C system, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Mario and his team quickly diagnosed the issues, clearly explained the necessary repairs, and kept me informed every step of the way. The work was completed exactly within the timeline Mario provided, which is something that's increasingly hard to find these days. His expertise is second to none, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. On top of that, the pricing was more than fair. What truly sets Mario's Garage apart, however, is the exceptional customer service. Mario and his staff are professional, honest, kind, and courteous. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop that delivers outstanding work at a fair price, I highly recommend Mario's Garage. They've earned a customer for life.”

“Absolutely Outstanding Service!!! couldn’t be happier with my experience at Kopriva Body Works Inc! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to take care of my car. The team was professional, honest, and truly took pride in their work. My car came back looking brand new—like it just rolled off the showroom floor! What really stood out was their attention to detail and the fact that they guarantee their work. That kind of confidence and integrity is rare these days. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and delivered exactly when they said they would. If you’re looking for an auto shop that treats your car like their own, look no further. Kopriva Body Works Inc has earned my trust and business for life. Highly recommend to anyone who wants top-quality service and results that speak for themselves!”

“I ended up having my entire wheel pop on me while on the highway. Homer ended up changing my tire right there on the spot and he was so thorough that he even made sure to check my spare’s air (good thing he did cause it was low and I didn’t know) and he made sure to communicate to me to always make sure I get my lock bolts back if I ever have someone change my tires. It was those small attention to details that made me feel like he really cared. Not only did Homer arrive quickly he was also super kind. He was professional quick and his price was more than fair. I will most definitely be calling him again if I ever need help in the future. Oh and He also gifted me and my friend cute little cup holders. Super satisfied and I would recommend to anyone who needs assistance :) Thank you Homer”

“World class excellent service. Jorge was amazing. After waiting for the horrendous tow truck company sent for roadside assistance from my insurance company and having to wait 3-4 hours and keep getting the run around when trying to get an eta, I decided to call Redline and they showed up in 15 mins and got my car and towed it to Friendswood in about 20 mins. If you are in the area and need a tow, this is the company you need to call. 10/10”

“I had an incredible experience with this tow truck company! When my car fell into a ditch, I was completely unsure of what to do. Fortunately, the owner happened to be in the vicinity and came to my aid immediately—what perfect timing! He was incredibly thorough, ensuring he brought the right equipment tailored for the job, as not all tow trucks are designed the same. His careful approach allowed my truck to be safely pulled up and maneuvered out without any damage or mechanical issues. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the Houston area who finds themselves in a bind. I’m truly grateful for their expertise and for saving me from costly repairs!”

“I cannot express enough how happy I am with my whole experience. As I am driving my car, my whole car just starts shutting down. Engine vibrating, cars smoking, check engine light is on, car wont accelerate. I make it home bc I was right around the corner thankfully. This was on a Saturday so I have to wait until Monday to see whats going on. I live .2 miles from a mechanic shop so first thing Monday, I have my car towed there. He takes a look and changes some spark plugs and fuses. He gives me a call and tells me that he only does electrical and I need a mechanic and he can't recommend anyone. So, I start making calls. I called 7 places in total. This one place tells me they can do it and that they would call me. In the meantime, I am still calling around and call Mario's. I immediately was impressed with the customer service. I am looking at reviews and the first place that said they worked on the fuel pump (which is what I started the conversation with) had not called so I simply call saying that I font need help anymore and I have scheduled a tow. They LITERALLY ALREADY HAD MY CAR without my knowledge. I was furious and had to cancel my tow. Car is at this other place and I just keep getting the run around. Long story short, I get my car out after I had to cancel a second tow the following day and spend $500 just to get my car back for the tow I didnt want and a diagnostic they "performed" but still didnt know the problem. I finally had my key and my car and get another tow ordered to get it to Marios. Its there. I feel better already. The next day I make a call just to see whats going on. Mario himself calls me and lets me know what the diagnosis is. Its the fuel pumps just as I suspected. Tells me what its gunna take to fix it. We order the parts and wait. The parts come in and he fixes it. I call again just to get an update. We talk about a few things and something else that needed repairing. We order that part and he gets it and puts it on. Test drove it to make sure everything was good. He communicated the whole way through. Broke everything down for me. And helped me when I needed it. It was one of the beat experiences I had from the start. I cannot recommend them enough. I am overjoyed by the whole thing. He is an honest business man, not out here trying to con people. I have a business that I operate as well. It feels good to know that there are people out there who run a place like I do. He had my car back to me in a week. For everything he did, the price was fair and timely. I would give them 10 stars if I could and everyone who needs a mechanic, I will always recommend this place. I hadnt had to bring my car to a repair shop since I bought it so I didnt realize I needed to know a good mechanic shop. I am also not from here. They have gained a lifelong customer. 10/10 all the way. Thanks so much guys. You deserve a gold medal for everything you've done”

“We decided to donate our old mini van and were pleasantly surprised with the service we received from Donate a Car 2 Charity. We called on a Wednesday. Their staff was nice, friendly and were able to answer all of our questions as they walked us through the process. A tow service contacted us the next day to arrange a convenient pick up time and everything was taken care of it within 2 days. We received all the tax paperwork we need and will definitely keep this charity in mind if we have anything to donate thanks. Great job, smooth process and professional service! Thanks!”

“Did a great job repairing my company vehicle. When I went to pick it up there was just a little bit of dust on it as they had washed it on Friday and I wasn't able to pick it up until Monday so they wiped it all back down again even though I told them it looked great already.”

“I had the unfortunate experience of an accident involving my Rig & Houston Heavy Duty was recommended. Prior to committing for repair I visited the site & met Jason who from jump street was a total Pro & validated my choice of selecting this facility to do their magic. Through out the whole process of towing, insurance & appraisal it went as smooth as could be expected. Jason & his team were transparent throughout the whole process & their integrity was refreshing considering my situation. To say I was satisfied would be an understatement!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you find yourself in a similar situation...???”
