“I am going to agree with EVERYONE who has stated that the general manager, JENNIFER, is an absolute ROCKSTAR. We began renting from this location in February of this year. Two units, and the original truck as well. The truck we got out of the downtown location as they were out at the moment on Louisiana St. NO PROBLEM! They helped us get the truck to Midtown, set us up with 1 unit and when we realized that we couldn't get everything done in 1, they were there for us and had the 2nd one ready (right next door to the original) in 15 minutes. The security is awesome, the cleanliness is amazing, I cannot speak more highly of Jennifer and her ENTIRE staff. There is obviously a great amount of care and training for them as the culture of the store is refreshing for any self storage place we have EVER used. Ask anyone in the shop, and they are most accommodating, friendly, efficient, and above all respectful. As most times you're using self storage, it's not just because you have a surplus of items and want to store them (yes that does happen, but not the norm, as I have noticed) it's because you are in a stressful situation (moving top 5 most stressful events in life). Jennifer and her team are there to help in any possible way to help with your move, storage, and payments (online, over the phone, or in person). Truly she's a class act, and get staff follow suit as she is obviously one heck of a leader. Promotion is DEFINITELY needed for her and her entire staff as she moves up the ladder. I will not go anywhere else to have my storage needs met moving forward.”
