“This family are honest hard working professionals. I was amazed. He diagnosed and fixed my cars rear end in 30 minutes and just charged me a half hour. No BS fees like the dealerships did me. After I paid the dealership the BS fees to diagnose my vehicle, the dealership wanted 8 grand, yes 8 grand to fix the issue. Dealership said I needed an entire new rear end. Come to find out It was just loose bolts. I watched him tighten them. I was happy with him but not the dealership. Dealerships are scams and dishonest.”

They are very reasonable and Mr. Norman takes the time to explain exactly what the issue is and gives you a variety of options such as replacing it with a used part, part from auto parts store, or a new part from the dealer. “My husbands company uses this mechanic to work on his fleet whenever needed. On the outside it looks like a rinky dink old auto repair shop but that's just cosmetic. It's the people who work here that count. JK is one of the few honest mechanics you will ever come across. He doesn't mess around; he doesn't have time to mess around even if he wanted to. “I had to leave for a trip to the river the day after i found i had a cracked wheel. Paul was able to drive me in his personal car to get a temporary wheel and tire assembly so i can make my trip while they held onto my cracked wheel for repair. My trip to the river went great thanks to these good people. 3-4 days later i got my original wheel back, fixed all up ready to go! Price was reasonable and i would recommend to everyone!!”

“My experience with PSP diesel began after I had my truck at another shop, at which the owner had passed away, leaving the engine pulled and left down to bare block with parts misplaced.
PSP came highly recommended and after speaking to Richard about the situation, he was confident that this was a job that he and his team could handle.
Moving forward the whole process was made simple. I asked for the most reliable and hassle free outcome and I quickly received an itemized list of parts and services needed for that goal. I approved the work and quickly had my truck back running better than ever.
Not only was the work done swiftly I could see why they came so renowned, from the ease of communication throughout the whole proccess to little things like the fitment of CAC pipes and clamps installed parrallell to nicely tucked wiring, everything was put back together cleanly with attention to detail in mind even resolving some other minor unknown/undiscussed issues. which after using numerous sub par shops over the years, really reassured that i had FINALLY found a good shop i could trust and rely on, and having been a repeat customer for my other vehicles and even performance modifications, the great team at PSP continue to deliver integrity and exceptional workmanship. I would now also HIGHLY recommend PSP automotive, These guys really know their stuff across all platforms.”
