This place will likely lose your passport application. Mine never reached the passport agency. They told me to call the passport agency (which told me to call usps since there is nothing they can do). USPS said they “did everything they could via investigation. They couldn’t even be bothered to give me a refund for the incomplete and unsatisfactory service. So they lost my birth certificate and everything.

Package sat all day at processing center 20 minutes from my house. So over USPS or anything to do with the government. The package originated 4 hours away from houston. Forney Texas. 5 business days later.

I drove about 35 mins to do a passport service. Thank God for this location it was a 10min process, photo service and don’t need to bring a check they’ll make a money order for you $3. I think the bad experiences come from people arriving for a service that you need to be prepared, read and bring everything you need and the process will be smooth. I read online, did the application online brought copies of what was asked and the lady was nice and helpful. I wish every usps was like this one thank you for the ladies servicing 7/23/25 early morning.

The workers are wonderful, except for one. I went to drop off something to deliver and she threw it on there like it's nothing. I'm not sure what was her attitude, but I was lucky that it was a few items and not fragile stuff.

Honestly more post offices need to provide passport services , because this location definitely takes the work load. They get slammed packed for it along with everything else required of a post office and they handle it without any type of attitude… After the hassle of just getting here that part was very much appreciated...
Highly recommend making an appointment though.

This is literally the only post office in the entire city that closes at 4. All others close at 5. Makes it very inconvenient for a lot of people. Idk why.

I had a package missing and they found out it was misdelivered.One lady went very far and helped me to retrieve it. She also gave me some personal advice. None of these were her duties yet she did them anyways. Extremely helpful. Thank you so much for your service!
