Giving a 3 star for atmosphere because patrons had their pets inside the dining room which seemed unsanitary IMO. I didn't realize the restaurant allowed pets inside. One of the dog was constantly barking as well that didn't help with the atmosphere.

3109 Padre Blvd, South Padre IslandMy husband and I had the pleasure of our first experience here last night. We enjoyed cocktails, the pork belly and the blue lump crab gumbo appetizers. Both were delicious, but the star of the show was the strawberry souffle! It was one of the best desserts I've ever had! Was it a bit pricey? Yes, but it was well worth the investment! Also, we can't say enough about our bartender and server, Amber. She was a delight! So sweet, and she gave us the scoop on severall hot spots, as well as a couple hidden gems to check out during our stay!

Loved the gentleman softly playing the guitar. Especially enjoyed taking my 10 yr old daughter with us. We played w/ their tictac toe while we ate and enjoyed our family time.

5100 Gulf Blvd, South Padre IslandSergio and Marcus the bar tenders are AWESOME. Hard workers, friendly and very professional. Ceviche was excellent. Support staff did a great job clearing and wiping down tables.

3400 Padre Blvd, South Padre IslandThis was a fun little find. We hadn't planned on stopping here but we're glad we did. We happened in during happy hour and ordered the margaritas on special, which were very good. We also shared the $5.99 personal pizza (pepperoni) and the pick 3 (we chose the crab cakes, ceviche, and cheese curds). We had wished the cup of ceviche was a little bigger as we each only got two small bites and there were lots of chips left over, but otherwise, everything was tasty and it was a great mid-afternoon snack. Funny enough, we didn't try any of their brews but the selection looked nice. Our server and the other staff were friendly and attentive and our food came out quickly. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a brewing co.; a bit loud and difficult to talk but it was fine for a quick stop. They have some great tshirt designs and, the next day, after a fishing trip where my husband caught some Speckled Trout, we returned and he bought their Speckled Trout Stout tshirt.

Breaking Bread CAM Shack
1201 Padre Blvd, South Padre IslandWe walked from our hotel and were so happy to hear songs we knew! Automatically we knew we were going to eat at this food truck because of the scripture on the side and the Christian music playing. Food came out hot, full of flavor and the staff was incredibly friendly. Can’t say enough good things!

We live here on the Island and I was beside myself with worry, and she truly lives up to her name. Her empathy, compassion, and consideration is why we support Friends of Animal Rescue so vehemently.
