REnted disc from redbox and it skipped . And called customer service to let them no and I couldn't not understand the person on the line . All I wanted is for the disc to be removed from the machine so that no one else had to watch the movie and have the last 30 min or so skip on them . But I couldn't not get the woman on the other line to understand what the problem was because her English was very hard to understand . I rather talk to a automated system rather than get the customer service agent on the line that you cannot understand other than that I love red box In rent from them all the time

It's just a normal Redbox. Located right outside of CVS! Disks we rented were in great condition, too, so I see no problems here! Word of warning: when you tap the screen, you don't have to tap so hard; tapping harder makes it more difficult for the touchscreen to pick up!
