Enjoy this "curb" episode. Paid for shoes 3 weeks ago that I ordered in-store. Told I would have them by Thursday, after the Saturday order, delivered to my house. Did not happen. Called the store after a week later. Was told they couldn't locate the shoe in the warehouse. Rep said he would re-place the order. Another week plus goes by, no updates. I call today nearly 3 weeks removed b/c i have not heard anything. "I am told again that system says can't locate the style of shoe but that it should be shipped at some point either to the store or my house, if they find it.". So sit and wait was the solution given to me. I made it clear that at this point that is not a satisfactory response, that I would like a refund or confirmation that the shoe will be delivered. Then I am told the system automatically looks for the shoe and then if 14 business days go by and its unavailable I will receive an automatic refund. I said its been nearly 3 weeks and no refund. Then I'm told that because of the re-order the time started over so I am in week 1 again (time travel is real). Somewhere in this conversation I am randomly told they might make the shoe if it is out of stock. Really, so Caleres is going to make one pair of shoes just for me and do it before I am auto refunded next week--oh and wait, I was told that b/c of "Christmas Orders and other stuff" the 14 days is more like 17 days...lots of other "stuff" to do for the automated system I suppose.

The store manager, Justin, went above and beyond for me to receive the 2 wallets I really wanted which were on sale and discounted. Supplies were extremely low and he was able to locate them for me from other stores far away. This was a small priced order and I appreciate the level of service for traking them down. Other retailers would have just stated, they are not available. AAA+++ service

I usually order online or go to the Dallas store. But I had the opportunity to make a stop at the AE Southlake location for the first time today after visiting Jos A. Bank around the corner. I had such a pleasant experience speaking with Mario Escobedo. He's a knowledgeable and courteous ambassador. He took the time to show me around the store and went above and beyond to ensure that I left the store a happy customer. He also answered a few questions that I had in mind about their products. I wasn't expecting to buy anything at first, but I walked out with a few goodies and a new wallet.I just want to say that I continue to be amazed by AE products and their customer service. I have become a loyal customer thanks to employees like Mario. Keep up the good work!

This a review for the employee’s that’s very hard working in Allen Edmond especially this man and his name is LUKE and luke was the only one in the store who helped me a few days back finding shoes for my 3 bothers and I’m in awe of his knowledge for this store, he is very sweet and helpful and gave the exact attention I need when I had nowhere to start and I’m guessing some people have no idea what it’s like in of course the pressure working at retail store, because I have worked at 7 different retail stores and no one absolutely no one should throw blame on employees who work all the time especially the ones who think they can come on here and say bad things about employees, when they are really out here struggling in the real world, trust me queen I know what it feels like! PERIOD!

Thanks to Sam at the Allen Edmonds Southlake location for the prompt and helpful assistance when I popped in a few days for my hubby.Sam is quite professional and warm (a difficult balance to find these days) and listens well, which definitely enhances the shopping experience.My executive husband loves Allen Edmonds shoes - truly a great value given how long they last and their durability as well as style.Given that he walks miles and miles each day going from meeting to meeting in the plant, I considered current options, as well as some of the stylish and more casual selections - with such a great range of high quality footwear and accessories, I look forward to shopping again with Sam!

The store and the quality of products here are great! We hope to get some pieces here soon.The employee Luke was hovering the whole time while we looked. He made us feel very uncomfortable. He was knowledgeable but didn't give us space after I told him that I would let him know if we needed anything. We weren't able to discuss anything financial or our plan to buy that day. He wouldn't let us browse in peace. He made me VERY uncomfortable.

Customer service is top notch at this Allen Edmonds. The young guy actually goes out of his way to educate and help the customers. Other Allen Edmonds stores I’ve been to do not have the best service.

Justin is a great ambassador for the AE brand and the quality shoes they offer. He goes above and beyond to give that extra little bit of personal service, setting this store apart from others. He has been most helpful in resolving some sizing issues I was having to ensure I was happy with my shoes.If you're in the market for shoes, go give him a visit, instead of taking your chances with an online order.

I came in looking for a new pair of shoes and to get some old ones sent out for repair. Justin was super patient with me, helped me try on several pairs and walked me through the recrafting process. Ended up buying 8 new pairs of shoes. Great store with awesome people.
