Would not recommend returning items at this location. I came in to process an online return with 5 items, one of which was a sale item with a barcode that wouldn’t scan. Instead of crediting me the $16.99 + tax I paid for that item, the associate deducted $16.99 from my overall refund total as a cash, which I was NEVER given. I trusted everything was handled correctly at the time and left without checking—my mistake. However, I’ve since called multiple times, been told they’re “looking into it,” and have yet to hear anything back. Very disappointing experience. At this point, the store still owes me $36
Update: I sent an email to corporate and they were extremely helpful and got this issue fixed within an hour. Very disappointed eith this location but happy to know corporate was able to take care of it.

The staff here are sooo nice, and the clearance section is to die for! (Felt a bit reluctant saying that publicly bc I selfishly want that section all for myself lol) I swear, something hits different about walking around in a pretty little store, trying on cute frilly dresses, and exchanging compliments about each others’ clothes, jewelry, nails, etc. with the women working here <3

Love this place! They have some from tweens to your grandmas! I love the large sales section and the jewelry. I have purchased gifts for my nieces and friends - all of which was received with enthusiasm! The dresses are cute and feminine. I haven’t been there on a weekend so I’m not sure if it gets very crowded or not. But, on a weekend evening, it’s not busy and there is plenty of parking behind and on the street!

Came in here to find a cute dress and some fall outfits and Sable was so helpful with finding me so many options that worked for me and my style! She was very helpful and I can’t wait to come back!

Drove all the way from Dallas to Southlake for a dress they had in stock in my size I called the store, and they put the dress on hold. Upon arrival Leah greeted me and was such a sweetheart amazing customer service it was definitely worth the drive.

Went into this location to shop for my girlfriend. “Maci” assisted me with kindness and professionalism, and was an outstanding help. She made my shopping experience great. Highly recommend!

I drove an hour and a half to exchange a romper I purchased online for vacation. It showed in stock online at this store. I couldn’t get an employee to lift a finger to help me find it. If I didn’t need it promptly I would have just returned it online. After about 3 employees not giving me an ounce of their time, I finally found Katie, who looked in their system and it showed they did in fact have it in stock. She searched around for a while and found it. Thank you Katie! The rest of the employees could learn a little more about customer service and going above and beyond.

When I got to my fitting room, they made some outfits for me ?. Such a great location.

I go in here all the time they have some of the most beautiful dresses for all sizes including extra smalls and amazing staff today Emily and Reese helped me they were so helpful I asked them to get different sizes in the changing room they more then happily did with a smile on their face and they asked how I was doing and if everything was fitting right what amazing customer service. They need tipping options? Thank yall so much!!!

Absolutely love this place. I think I’ll spend all my fun money here from now on and hopefully my wardrobe can be mostly based from here. I got some jeans that fit great. Not all styles fit well because they didn’t have different heights of the same style, so if you’re short, you need to get specific styles, the flare jeans won’t fit well. They had the CUTEST accessories and I can’t wait to buy some. Cute Stanley’s that said “in my wifey era” and “this girl loves Jesus”. I love that this company spends a percentage of their annual donations on charity, 10% of Mondays profits on local charity or ministry, and employees get paid volunteer time. Such an encouraging thought that my money is going towards a company with good morals and one that gives back. Love this place and the people who work there are SO attentive. Maybe don’t go there if you aren’t in an extroverted mood because they all want to chat and offer help. The fitting rooms are such a vibe, with candles, a prayer request book, and cute setup. Love it

customer service was good and the selection was excellent. However the store was very crowded (i had a stroller and it was hard to navigate), and the dressing room area though not terrible was not as clean and inviting as the Frisco location.

I can only speak for my experience and rate this location as the ladies have always been friendly and helpful to me everytime I visit. But I see other reviews where people were singled out for some reason or another and it saddens me to learn that the customer service is not consistent for everyone. I have been on that end of being singled out in other stores so I understand how that feels. I hope management can do something about this issue. Otherwise the merchandise is great, affordable and they also have a wonderful sale section.

Love this place!!! Addi packed up my pick up order and wrote a sweet little message on my bag. The girls there are so sweet and friendly! They immediately helped me and were so kind. The store was very clean with a great selection. Highly recommend this location!!!
