I tried the two month membership at this place after recently relocating to DFW. I’ve had lash extensions for five years and they always looked incredible. They never once looked good in the five times I went there. They apparently couldn’t give me what I wanted that I literally had when I walked in to begin with and had been getting for the prior five years, and there was always an excuse. The excuse always led to me having to buy something. My lashes were too dirty, then they were too short, then they weren’t strong enough, etc. This is a franchise and all they want to do is up, sell their products and they have poorly trained stylist. Went to a real lash stylist, who said they completely ruined my lashes and she gets a ton of their business because of that. I will never be back and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been very disappointed in the past with previous lash artists. But Reyna is THE best lash tech I have ever had! She always gets my lashes exactly how I envision them. Shes also become a friend to me. I love our conversation while she does my lashes.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Bullied every time I came in to sign up for the membership. I pay cash, so it won’t work, but they continued to harass me! I come in for my personal de-stressing time, far from that! My lady that did my lashes was one that I paid extra for because she was seasoned. She was so cold, never smiled, wouldn’t help me up after laying down for an hour! What am I paying for, horrible experience, they need training in warmth and customer service. Found a new place that is fantastic and friendly.

I’m not the person to complain, but I’m honestly very upset! I called in a week ago to cancel my membership and the rep told me I had to go in person to cancel , ok fine. Then a few days later I receive a text message saying that they took out my membership fee on the 26th. So I thought I’d schedule my last appt and use my last package and scheduled for Saturday. After my service. The girl told me I didn’t have a package that I used it earlier in the month .so why did I receive a text stating that I got charged? Because if that was the case I would’ve never got any services done if I didn’t have a package. I would’ve just gone in to cancel my membership. I spent $110 for nothing! Since I got the membership I never received a text stating that I got charged but the one time I do and I don’t even have a package. Honestly that’s fraud to me y’all are still sending out membership text messages confirming payment except with NO PACKAGES! Never again will I ever come back.

Amazing Lash Studio Southlake is second to none! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the front desk staff (especially Patyy) who btw learns your name by heart to make a more personalized experience all the way through the very professional and perfectionist Master Stylist Priscilla, who ensures she removes old and grown out lashes and also fills in every single natural lash with a beautiful extension, keeps a log of what you liked and what didn’t exactly work beforehand. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this studio is and although the studio itself is always very clean and well maintained, I believe the staff is what sets them apart from all of the others. Keep up the good work ladies. ?
