I had got my lashes done here and I use my card on file now that I use my card on file. Somebody had purchased something from Walmart like a couple of minutes ago and Richland Hills.

I’ll start by saying the stylists I’ve had have been great. That’s where it ends. I went in on Oct 16 to freeze my membership bc I’m having surgery and won’t be able to drive. The girl at the front tells me bc I’ve already frozen once this year that I can’t do another freeze but she’ll have a manager call me. I go back in on Oct 28 bc the manager never called. The girl says she can only put 3 of my 6 current credits on a gift card and my other option is to cancel my account, therefore losing the 3 other credits (valued at a total of $351). I ask again for the manager to call me. She said it takes about 3 days for a manager to call back. Guess who hasn’t called? I got charged AGAIN this morning and the manager isn’t at the studio to speak to me. This company literally steals your money. If you care about your finances, do not come to this studio. As of today, Nov 1st I still haven’t spoken to a manager.

This studio is really just like the name… AMAZING! To booking the appointment over the phone to the service to checking out. Front desk was so friendly and Bri did such a good job. I definitely recommend her! I feel beautiful as ever.

I am extremely disappointed with the management at Amazing Lash Studio. My wife, Jennifer , canceled her membership at the beginning of October, well within the required time frame, yet she was still charged. It is now the end of October, almost November, and we have not received my refund.
My wife has contacted the studio multiple times and have been told each time that “a note will be left for the manager.” Despite being assured that several notes have been left, we have not received a single response, and no refund has been processed. This level of delay and lack of communication is completely unacceptable for a professional business.
Customers should not have to continually chase down a refund for a service that was properly canceled. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately and the refund to be processed without further delay!!

I am very pleased with my experience at the Amazing lash studio Southlake. Not only did I get great service with kindness and empathy but the transformation my lashes had was truly remarkable. I would definitely recommend getting your lashes done at the amazing lash studio southlake. Props to Addison at frount desk for helping me get my points figured and for being very respectful!
